The upcoming loan dates.

People expected a placing & dilution here. This is no longer the case. We now have a clear pathway ahead from debt obligations.

Additionally, we have brought in north of 5 million already in the last 6 months & are forecasting to bring in significantly more, therefore we are currently operating self sufficiently.

Take any negativity with a pinch of salt, people have missed their entry & looking to get in cheaper.

PHE are now in a worse cash position than us.

EQT, if people hold tight, will rerate over the coming month, with contract news on the existing pipeline, especially Billingham, EQT should be in the MCAP range of 100-150m. Significantly higher with anymore large contracts’

Think will come alive again after a quick breather.

Once USA opens we may see a move above 0.4 to 0.5. Great team and product and they own the IP.

So that's the loans sorted.... I suspect the majority will end up being paid off in shares with some dilution as a result, but there you go.

Excellent! Any short term debt repayment worries out of the way . Also, right of lenders to convert debt into equity at 0.66p. Great news!

Pursuant to the terms of the Riverfort Deed of Variation, the Riverfort Lenders have agreed to surrender the existing warrants granted to them by EQTEC over an aggregate of 114,646,452 Ordinary Shares (at exercise prices of 1.19 pence per share for 81,296,134 Ordinary Shares and 1.57 pence per share for 33,350,318 Ordinary Shares) in return for the grant by the Company of warrants over 191,000,000 Ordinary Shares (with warrants over 95,500,000 Ordinary Shares to be granted to each Riverfort Lender). Such warrants will be exercisable for a period of three years from the date of grant at a price of 0.375 pence per share which is a 44% premium on the closing price on Friday 29 May 2020 which was the last available share price prior to the agreement between the parties being finalised.
