17/5/2024 14:29 | There would be a fire sale. No value there. | bigdaddio
17/5/2024 12:46 | What will happen to all the kit if someone pulls the trigger? | marktime1231
17/5/2024 11:01 | It has been obvious for a long time that Palumbo and his bunch of cronies on the board have been lining their pockets. The investors are beginning to work it out and run for the hills!I wrote this off a while ago and have no reason to believe that I will ever see any returns. It's AIM so no likelohood of the directors being investigated for obvious fraud. They are no different from the scammers that you get on the phone every day. Just on a bigger scale! | bigdaddio
17/5/2024 09:00 | They would be right . Board share purchases suggest they believe the same . | juju44
17/5/2024 08:44 | Perhaps Verde have come to the conclusion that the tech doesn't work? | vatnabrekk
09/5/2024 18:12 | Coup de grace needs delivering to stop any further transfer of funds to the BOD and their buddy "strategic investors" please. | 1flynn
09/5/2024 11:02 | Thanks to SloppyG lSE today. Clearly some long term bulls have gone all-in at the eleventh hour to recoup losses which is a big call for sure. The bottom line is the business is still losing circa £500k per Qtr on current revenue. The £2m logik repayment will be in and out pretty quick. £650k straight out the door and the rest to cover ongoing losses from operations. It still leaves them with over £5m in debt to service/repay with no visibility as to when they can ever achieve break even. For sure MC of £3m seems crazy low given the tech but its only low if one can trust Mgt to deliver for PIs. My instincts remain that with a record numbers of companies delisting from AIM, DP will follow suit in due course. The plan was always to convert the £5m Riverfort debt but share price collapse prevented this. I see a deal being struck with the relevant parties to get to the 75% voting rights needed to take this private for next to nothing. The pivot has come too late in the day for me. A shed load of warrants out there and lock-in periods ending in June will continue to put pressure on the share price in the meantime. | stevea171
09/5/2024 09:46 | No one who has bought here in the past 4 years, or indeed ever, is in profit. Losses range up to 99%. Yet still it seems there are those feeling lucky and who probably also bet on 100:1 outsiders at the Grand National ....! | stevea171
09/5/2024 09:37 | The worst already happened - palumbo and van dur liar are still in charge and driving this co into the ground with their ineptitude.. huge losses too late to sell total disaster.. | badger010776
08/5/2024 18:06 | I hate to say it, but I fear the worst. | vatnabrekk
08/5/2024 15:41 | The market is spooked by the non-stop blatant lies. Absolutely shocking. | pa123
08/5/2024 09:35 | Its surely heading down the toilet . I hope Palumbo and his entourage of idiots get flushed down with it | juju44
08/5/2024 09:31 | A further 12+million shares issued at a lower level. | aja2
03/5/2024 20:47 | Share price indicates that nobody trusts this bunch or criminals any more . Lock them up | juju44
02/5/2024 13:34 | We might get our Italy MDC marketing reference plant to work " ... in the coming weeks, months and beyond". What the hell does that mean! And what about all the other projects? Steady E600K monthly or quarterly revenue? That was ambiguous. Which is not enough because they are raiding the cash jar still. No income from Italy if that has been non-operational, so from where? Is there a breakeven on the horizon or is that never a realistic prospect? Aaaaaaghhhhhhhhhh! | marktime1231
02/5/2024 10:30 | My fear is that the word continuous is removed and thus "has been unable to sustain operations" - or simply "it doesn't work" | folderboy
02/5/2024 10:10 | Only now do they tell us, more than a year after the fact: Italia MDC "has been unable to sustain continuous operations." Just as has been reported independently and I have been saying all along but EQT could not bring themselves to make an honest confession as with everything else. And it's still not working as per design but it's not their fault .... :-) What losses have they run up here? They still won't say. Implications for North Fork? Larissa? Silence. Deceit, lies, withholding of information continues to this day which are DP's trademarks. He needs jailing. Get OUT you scum! | stevea171
26/4/2024 12:31 | The board does work, for itself. | pa123
21/4/2024 20:27 | Looks ever more like the kit doesnt work - like the board | juju44
19/4/2024 19:40 | No good news on projects. Are they all collapsing? What we get now is just financial engineering news as Kibo specializes in. Is Verde with no doubt inside information playing for time as well as not having the funds .... ?! | stevea171
19/4/2024 12:29 | Palumbo would sell a kidney to help one of his 'strategic investors' ..no respect for private investors, merely cannon fodder in his game ... | pa123
18/4/2024 10:03 | New CEO at PHE has provided a glimmer of hope .Not like this bunch of idiots | juju44 |
