It has been obvious for a long time that Palumbo and his bunch of cronies on the board have been lining their pockets. The investors are beginning to work it out and run for the hills!I wrote this off a while ago and have no reason to believe that I will ever see any returns. It's AIM so no likelohood of the directors being investigated for obvious fraud. They are no different from the scammers that you get on the phone every day. Just on a bigger scale!

Thanks to SloppyG lSE today.
Clearly some long term bulls have gone all-in at the eleventh hour to recoup losses which is a big call for sure. The bottom line is the business is still losing circa £500k per Qtr on current revenue. The £2m logik repayment will be in and out pretty quick. £650k straight out the door and the rest to cover ongoing losses from operations.

It still leaves them with over £5m in debt to service/repay with no visibility as to when they can ever achieve break even.

For sure MC of £3m seems crazy low given the tech but its only low if one can trust Mgt to deliver for PIs. My instincts remain that with a record numbers of companies delisting from AIM, DP will follow suit in due course. The plan was always to convert the £5m Riverfort debt but share price collapse prevented this. I see a deal being struck with the relevant parties to get to the 75% voting rights needed to take this private for next to nothing. The pivot has come too late in the day for me.

A shed load of warrants out there and lock-in periods ending in June will continue to put pressure on the share price in the meantime.

No one who has bought here in the past 4 years, or indeed ever, is in profit. Losses range up to 99%. Yet still it seems there are those feeling lucky and who probably also bet on 100:1 outsiders at the Grand National ....!

And what about all the other projects?

Steady E600K monthly or quarterly revenue? That was ambiguous.

Which is not enough because they are raiding the cash jar still. No income from Italy if that has been non-operational, so from where?

Is there a breakeven on the horizon or is that never a realistic prospect?

Only now do they tell us, more than a year after the fact: Italia MDC "has been unable to sustain continuous operations."
Just as has been reported independently and I have been saying all along but EQT could not bring themselves to make an honest confession as with everything else.
And it's still not working as per design but it's not their fault .... :-)
What losses have they run up here? They still won't say.

What we get now is just financial engineering news as Kibo specializes in. Is Verde with no doubt inside information playing for time as well as not having the funds .... ?!
