The MDCs should solve the cashflow issue for the operating business.

What however they need is a serious financial backer of the projects. Not the final £100m lender but the backers who will put £3m in along the way.

This stopped being a fashionable Green darling stock at least 12 months ago.

What they are now is an emerging waste handling IP company.

The problem is no one knows beyond the faithful plus their delivery performance has been C- to date.

When they start to deliver the market will get onboard but some decent PR that explains what they do without the need for a scientific dictionary would be handy.

Whilst it IS another (short) delay, and there ARE (à few more million) shares being issued. IF things do get signed up by end of Sep that won't be too bad. But still a long, long way to go on this. Good to have Toyota still on-board and Total Energies too.

Although market conditions are poor I think this will be well received. Paying suppliers with shares protects cash and a deal is imminent at a better margin.

It's not even the lack of updates that's killing this share. It is the last minute approach to the delay to previously declared deadlines which reduce any confidence I have in the board. They have known about this milestone since June.

Like many I look out for regular updates. But given we are involved in construction-like projects, I suppose I should not be surprised by length of time to get things done. Like some I would favour getting some of the small MDCs up and running. To gain some credibility. Not in the tech but in the ability to get projects done. Here's hoping that we don't have a late Autumn. 😉

From Jun RNS: ...further to its announcement on 1 April 2022, Deeside WTV Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of EQTEC, and Logik Developments Limited, have reached an agreement to further extend the date for completing the share purchase agreement signed by Deeside WTV and Logik on 7 December 2020 (as amended by the supplemental agreement announced on 6 December 2021 and further amended by the supplemental agreement announced on 1 April 2022) to 31 August 2022.
