From Aandi LSE: Investor Presentation Summary from today.

Eqtec are years ahead of the competition.

The majority of revenue at this stage of the business will come from SPV sales and development service revenue, not from financial closures.

The loan is not a CLN, it is bridging finance and will be repaid on eqtecs terms.

The French pipeline is with mature partners and will earn eqtec revenue from development services much earlier than the existing projects.

Plenty of support from Irish government. All three Irish projects are carbon copies so once one project is approved, the others should follow in quick succession.

They are growing eqtec into a multi billion £ business.

Petrofac, E-on, Idex, TÜV, Siemens, Wood, Anaergia, many others I haven't heard about mentioned as partners. Very intriguing slide with all the company logos of organisations they are working with. Kibo were not included.

Eqtec quite upset at not being mentioned in the department for business and energy gasification report last year. It is one of the reasons they have modified Deeside and billingham to a biofuels/hydrogen offtake configuration to prove that they have a viable solution. They are in discussion with Department of business and energy and will not be overlooked in future.

Expecting to be EBITDA neutral or EBITDA positive this year. But if only neutral it should not come as a disappointment as they are growing the company and this is to be expected at this stage.

New announcements on the Croatian MDC. A further site visit with EPC contractor COS.M.I. Srl is confirmed for the last week of April towards commissioning as planned in H2 2022.

In March, at the Company's Belišće MDC in Croatia, a full engineering and specification process was completed.
Negotiations advanced with a local industrial customer for power and heat offtake.
In Q2, the Company expects to agree heads of terms with the industrial customer for the offtake.
In addition, a preferred customer for the biochar to be produced at the site has been identified and commercial discussions commenced.
