Rodger let’s move the decimal point and make it £750m and 11p?

Say twenty four months?

If that happens I will move up to the bigger size at Starbucks!

Not when there are companies in the same arena with MCaps in the £100m's or more, that have no revenue or fully proven tech.

£75m becomes very feasible.

What would that be ? 1.1p approx

There is a hump to get over in the low 0.60p+ area and another in the low 0.70p+ area.

Maybe if we are “Lucky” those spots can be cleared before we get contract news.

Now that would set this up for 1p or a £75m market cap, which hardly sounds outrageous.

hopeful. Have you missed a decimal point between the 1 and 5 or do you think that EQT could actually be a £1bn company ?

I know there are a few out there with much less revenue and yet to turn a profit but already valued at that level.

Just a question, and certainly not an impossibility !

Stranger things have happened

Its not 'no news' and its not 'bad news'.

It is good however to see the company focus on their 'proven proprietary technology' in waste to value applications.

Sounds like a company with a strategic plan and cash in the bank to me.

On that basis I guess it was 'good news' but perhaps not the piece that all were hoping for !

Is this good news? Or no news?

Gasification technology group Eqtec said it had agreed to sell its Pluckanes wind farm in Ireland to BVP 2019 Finance Company for €1.1m.

The maximum net cash consideration for the sale was €384k, it added.

Of the gross sum, €779k had been transferred in the settlement of a debt owed by the company to an Irish bank.

An inter-company debt of €157k had also been repaid to the buyer, while €170k of the net consideration was being deferred and held in escrow subject to conditions.

'The disposal of Pluckanes is in accordance with the group's decision to focus solely on being the technology partner with proven proprietary patented technology for waste-to-value applications,' Eqtec said.

'The net proceeds of the disposal will be used for general working capital requirements of the company.'

jakecat1, yes, AFC, been there a long time. Still holding out for there day, which will come.

However, I like what I am seeing here and EQT have immediate potential for revenue growth through multiple channels and this what AFC are lacking.

EQT are not as 'Green' as perhaps PHE or AFC but they certainly have a place in the market for the foreseeable future as the tech is now available and can be scaled to suit. They also resolve many issues in respect to waste.

Also hold SAE, so very much into Green tech with immediate revenue potential.

Jake given that “Titbit” was enough to take the stock up from 0.49p bid to 0.57p at one point it would suggest that if we have a contract win in Ireland, Greece, Billingham Or Deeside that the Mms are going to be very short of stock.

Hopefully there are a few shorts kicking around to which can give stocks a lovely second wind!

Roger - if this follows previous daily patterns (pre placing) you could easily see a much cheaper price before day's end. But, if good news is coming, all bets off.

Possibly reached today's peak now.

Jolly good. Expect that this news is just a 'titbit' compared to the bigger stories that should follow. I am encouraged by the strong and rapid impact on the share price. Also by the timing of the news, which appears to be on the end of an overhang... but not too long since the last communication. Others (e.g. AFC) should watch and learn...Nice one EQT.

Yep. Just got quoted 57p to buy, 57p to sell.

Madness how quick that jumped.

Inevitable it was going to happen. Normally when the BBC get quite and people get despondent. Catches you out if not careful. Exactly is it did me.

Good in some respects but frustrating in others. Just missed my top up by literally minutes at 0.51
