11/6/2019 21:01 | IMO this reit is still being valued as if it had no exposure to retail. The question isn't why is the share price falling but why has it been so high for so long. | hugepants
11/6/2019 17:02 | Hi Specto I quote this from the recent Interims: "With an attractive yield (6.1%), strong dividend cover (1.175x), conservative gearing (LTV @ 31.5%), adequate cash resources and retail parks that are attractive to tenants (see recent lettings), the Company is well placed to show considerable levels of resilience to any headwinds." They might have added with one of the lowest debt costs in the sector (2.86%). The sell-off looks overdone and I would expect a rapid recovery back to the 100p level; so have added today @ 94.2p. That recovery will be more than justified when they hike the dividend again from the current 5.75p to 6.0p per annum. | skyship
11/6/2019 14:31 | Need more evidence that EPIC have done the right thing in moving into shopping parks as everyone else is moving out (sometimes literally!). A difficult sell when there's the very active NRR (plus pubs), RDI, even INTU & HMSO (not including CAL as I think they're going under). Yield not high enough for me yet. | spectoacc
03/6/2019 17:30 | NED buyer FWIW... | cwa1
31/5/2019 17:48 | with HL and paid today | getscenic
31/5/2019 17:25 | Divi late this Month? Normally get it last day of month, nothing showing today with ii. | ramellous
31/5/2019 14:18 | I have sold out of SUS after a strong run & re-invested in a slice of EPIC at 99.8p. | dendria
29/5/2019 13:43 | HP - you really are a misguided Jeremiah and I don't really understand what kick you get out of posting totally misleading information. To all others - as you all know, EPIC has 72% in Retail Warehouse & 24% Office; and Retail Warehouse is by no means the same as Retail - see the video on the EPIC website home Page - Why Invest in Retail Warehouses? HP - do please try to get your facts right in the future! | skyship
29/5/2019 12:40 | It's a REIT with high exposure to retail so should be on a discount of at least 25% imo | hugepants
29/5/2019 09:08 | What’s happened here then? | ramellous
28/5/2019 17:27 | Yes, closing auction. Bunged order on assuming I wouldn't get it but, much to my surprise, got filled. Now I'm not sure whether I wanted them because I got them so easily ;-) | cwa1
28/5/2019 17:22 | 98p - WOW! Well done you; looks like a great trade. Did you get them in the closing auction, as they were never anywhere near there throughout the day according to the trades. | skyship
28/5/2019 17:12 | Dipped my toe in the water for a few at 98p. Seemed like a good idea when I put the order in-but vacillating about it now that I've got 'em! Oh well, time will tell... | cwa1
08/4/2019 17:45 | Yes, they will need a bit of exposure to P I's as Stadium start to unload, lets hope they will soak up the selling. | getscenic
08/4/2019 12:38 | An interview with Ediston’s investment manager | ramellous
17/12/2018 18:14 | Topped up here today. Didn't think I would see it this low. Just need to sit back and let the divi compound over the long term, KT. I see the director also picked a few up. | killing_time
04/12/2018 08:21 | interesting comment today in Custodian RNS: We believe well located retail warehouse properties which either do not compete with on-line retailing or are complementary, through offering easy click and collect services, will remain in demand despite the current restructuring of the retail market. | jombaston
23/10/2018 08:05 | NAV per share at 30 September 2018 of 115.30 pence (30 June 2018: 114.19 pence), an increase of 1.0%. | skyship
11/10/2018 08:27 | Last Qtly NAV statement: NAV per share at 30 June 2018 of 114.19 pence (31 March 2018: 112.48 pence), an increase of 1.52%. The 30th September stat could well be next week. 115p+? | skyship
29/7/2018 21:25 | IT Insider article on EPIC: ...and an earlier one: | skyship
27/7/2018 14:02 | Back in here at average 109.5p after the welcome pullback provided the opportunity. As I posted on the CP+ thread, totally bizarre that CREI trades at a 12% premium and continues to issue stock at that level "to meet investor demand". Yet EPIC, a far better managed concern IMO, trade at a 4% discount; in spite of very similar LTVs and yields! So often no accounting for fund manager actions... | skyship
05/6/2018 14:33 | Thanks guys, dropped them a line, but yeah, waiting for a cheque is an excuse I’ve had trotted out from various brokers too... | wirralowl
05/6/2018 12:52 | HL paid on the day. | killing_time
05/6/2018 12:45 | I find AJ Bell poor in terms of getting divis paid on the due date. Typically I get an excuse such as 'we are waiting for the cheque to clear' | belgraviaboy |
