Update on Share Buy Backs

 

Further to the announcement made by EPE Special Opportunities Limited ("ESO" or the "Company") on 6 December 2024, the Company announces that it is no longer intending to undertake purchases of ordinary shares of the Company.

175,000 ordinary shares have been purchased by the Company since the announcement made on 6 December 2024.

ESO will announce any future intention to purchase ordinary shares of the Company, as applicable, in due course.
