11/2/2015 01:35 | Smithie6 - would appreciate if you can expand on your concerns as I can't see them (I'm afraid I am not a tweeter)! Historical EPS for the year to Oct'14, excluding the exceptional IPO costs, were 12.3p, while the proposed dividend for the current year is 8p. So, assuming they only maintain last year's EPS the cover is over 1.5. Given that they sound supremely confident of organic growth then I believe it is not unreasonable to assume the cover will be closer to 2 for this year. Going through the accounts, I don't see any nasties that worry me and very pleasing to see that they generated £10.6 mio of operating cashflow in the year to Oct'14 (a 8p dividend payout will cost £5.2 mio) - making the current market cap. look way too low imo. Cheers, Mick | mickharkins1
10/2/2015 16:31 | Well, looks like I am the only one that is -ve on this share ! (taking a 12-24 month view I 90% am sure I am right..(although Monitise, Blur, Blinkx, Quindell are proof that the share price and real value can be very different things at one moment in time) ..already over-priced imo although may go up in coming months as mug PIs buy for the expected 8p divi (imho with no divi cover)) some more comments on Tweets this morning if anyone is interested @Fulltimeinvest | smithie6
10/2/2015 13:55 | Video interview with CEO Ian Blackhurst Ian Blackhurst, the chief executive of Entu (LON:ENTU), says he is pleased with the home energy efficiency specialist’s first set of results since joining AIM last October. Blackhurst adds that there’s ‘lots of opportunity to see margin improvement’ following the deal with Flowgroup which was also unveiled today. | proactivest
10/2/2015 13:20 | Broker forecast is for 13.26p for the current year (ending 31 Oct 2015), although I wouldn't be surprised if the forecasts are increased as the year goes on. Personally I'm thinking in terms of 14-15 EPS for this year. If I'm right, and assuming a more fair PER of say 12, then that gets me to a personal price target of 168-180p. That's 38-48% upside on the current share price, so very much worth sitting tight on my existing shares. - Any broker updates? | tsmith2
10/2/2015 11:40 | Very good write up from Paul Scott this morning: | neilgbudd
10/2/2015 11:28 | level 2 looking very strong | saj3
10/2/2015 11:12 | Cracking results, better than I expected. | thebantamboy
10/2/2015 11:01 | I have also bought in, lets hope it performs better than sfe which I also have | saj3
10/2/2015 10:41 | Ok thanks WJ. | cfro
10/2/2015 10:12 | Great results; pleased I got in a few weeks ago. Only thing to temper people's ambition of the share price is that Safestyle has historically traded on a forward multiple of 11x (on average) occassionally peaking at 12x | adamb1978
10/2/2015 10:09 | 1.5p in March as a special interim dividend(since they weren't actually listed for the results year just announced). 8p for the current financial year ending Oct 2015. | wjccghcc
10/2/2015 10:01 | Still confused?? I dont know if the YE dates above are muddled or correct? What exactly are shareholders to receive in March? 1.5p, 8p or 9.5p ?? | cfro
10/2/2015 09:41 | Pleased to see that you also spotted this company CFRO :o) I think today's announcement of 8.0p dividend is the dividend they had always intended to pay for 31st October 2015, but they have announced a special dividend of 1.5p to be paid on 13th March for shareholders with ex div date 19th February. In my haste this morning I hadn't read or understood the dates clearly enough. | interceptor2
10/2/2015 09:09 | Also bought in today on the back of excellent results. Just a little confused on the divi? They say that 8p is being payed for YE Oct 2015? I take it they mean 2014? There is a 1.5p special divi too so does that mean we get 9.5p in March? | cfro
10/2/2015 08:50 | yielding 6.5% (ignoring special 1.5P divi) - bought in | tsmith2
10/2/2015 08:49 | EPS of 13.5 PE of 12 FY2015 would give us a share price 1.62 would possibly argue for a higher PE but relatively small, newly listed (though does have a track record) | tsmith2
10/2/2015 08:22 | Also bought in today, I like the sector and the fundamentals here, only on a PE of 10 now, wonder what the new broker estimates will be? 8p initial dividend bodes well and balance sheet looks very strong. They do look to be on a rather cheap valuation in todays market imo. I need to continue my research now. | interceptor2
10/2/2015 08:13 | should be 160-200 per share | robhammers
10/2/2015 08:10 | Bought in to a company I have never heard of. Looks undervalued and has great prospects. | fromtheblue
10/2/2015 08:09 | agree, like the results a lot.. tempted a lot. | tsmith2
10/2/2015 08:00 | Including the special interim dividend of 1.5p, that takes the total dividend for the year to 9.5p with equates to a yield of nearly 8.5%! | neilgbudd
10/2/2015 07:58 | Superb results! Trading at only 8 x PBT to MCAP, high 7% dividend, special dividend to boot, strong current trading in all departments and future prospects confirmed as good, new agreement with FLOW and nearly £6m in cash! Very happy holder! | neilgbudd
09/2/2015 20:28 | Results out tomorrow and no comment on here? I guess we know that its trading in line with market expectations, so about 12p+ EPS. Key for me is current trading | adamb1978
04/2/2015 12:24 | Strong buying so far today, 120p just paid. Looking interesting now and hitting new highs. | neilgbudd
26/1/2015 07:39 | Very strong update from Safestyle (SFE) this morning: Bodes well for Entu. | neilgbudd |
