So this is a different fund raise in fact to that that was underwritten by related parties and announced with the results? At 60 dollars a barrel ENQ should be making around 500 million a year. Why would they need to raise funds. I'm assuming average POO this year is nicely in excess of 60. That means that 2yrs or so they could have the debt pile largely dealt with, although I suspect they'll need to keep trying to replace reserves so there will most likely be some CAPEX increases.

Shuttle hooked up to the Kraken FPSO c.7 hours ago and is expected Scapa Flow 03:00 on Tuesday. Dispatch sometime tomorrow. Previous dispatch was on 3 April, so that's an interval of 16 days.

Enquest to buy Scott Platform from CNOOC, placing will be to fund this.
Enq Producer may be used to produce Parkmead's GPA field.

Just to mention. I listened to the asset buy presentation from February again and it is $50 million equity raise not £50 million as I may have said earlier.

Bomfin I suggest that you look on the LSE Enquest board. It is far more informative especially if you filter out a couple of the hyperactive negative posters.

This board really went downhill a bit like the share price. As I mentioned, I believe there is a share placing in the offing and in those circumstances it is difficult for the share price to go up until that is cleared. I`m here for info. To share it and perhaps gain some info. Any news of any production problems that would perhaps have impacted the share price. Brent has been doing well, Enquest are an oil producer. Falling share price. I think it is the upcoming placing anyone got any other ideas ?

so our favourite blue day bed wetter posted once in the last three weeks, curiously it was the day brent and enq rose...now that enq has fallen back, is that it?it also caused an appearance from our other favourite gaslighter, is he gone too?how long have they been at this, buy buy buy enquest for about four years, and never a sell posted..enq down seventy percent in that time....

Oil Prices Jump As EIA Reports A Crude Draw

Crude oil prices climbed on Wednesday morning after the Energy Information Administration reported crude oil inventories had shed 5.9 million barrels in the week to April 9.
This compared with an inventory draw of 3.5 million barrels for the previous week. The EIA’s inventory estimate comes a day after the American Petroleum Institute reported a 3.6-million-barrel inventory draw in crude oil for the same period but a 5.565-million-barrel build in gasoline stocks, which prevented oil prices from swinging significantly up or down.....

Stumpy inventory draw on products ( distillates ) and crude was pretty good. Price rocketed though was doing well beforehand

Just added at 17.2 balancing my spreads at 20.35 , equal weight

Stocks instead remain at 12.85 average

Target 25 for all spreads out

Just my view , good luck back when I sell.

I you fancy mines instead of Oil then I selected last Thursday RMM @ 0.3575p and since yesterday is going places after a Breakout, overhang cleared, plenty of cash after placing ( that is why share price was low ) and plenty of work now as Copper more than double. Was 4 years ago 12p.
There is profit taking all the time but higher again after
