13/6/2019 10:46 | Svenice7 13 Jun '19 - 09:05 - 9610 of 9612 0 0 0 Tanker was full of naphtha, used in plastics, dyes, agriculture etc FAKE NEWS, are you another Remoaner Svenice? Dozens of crew members have been rescued after abandoning two oil tankers hit by explosions in the Gulf of Oman. Ship operators said 21 crew on board the Kokuka Courageous and 23 on the Front Altair had been evacuated. Iran rescued the 44 after an "accident", state media said, although the cause is unconfirmed. The US Navy said it received two distress calls. | deanroberthunt

13/6/2019 07:36 | Brent racing up to (currently) $61.5 from $59.4 on reports of an oil tanker on fire off the sea of Oman. | american idiot
12/6/2019 21:27 | Leon, My last trade cost me 7% so it's not all plain sailing but that's the chance you take when you trade these dogs. Mind you that 7% hit is looking like a bargain now. Domestic production dropped by 100k (rounded to the nearest 100k) last week which seemed to offer a little short lived support to the oil price, a close under $60 will not help the share price in the morning. Talking of the share price, a valiant effort to keep it above 18.85p with the last trade before the bell being 18.86p, unfortunately the UT pulled it down to 18.7p to give a recent low. Will that prove to be significant? I don't know but it probably depends on the oil price. Good luck all. | andypop1
