I had to drop 1 position at 17.75 but as posted bought it back same day as you at 16.5 . The nutter I was mentioning is the other chap . The one who quotes me everyday am told by other posters . I filtered him 3/4 weeks ago now

1.2 billion dollars is some serious revenue, nearly double the previous year.

Marshal and Wace was closing for good reason . I have a huge respect for their work and hedge fund . Always troubled to be up against them . That RNS is very good in my view and price action will be tasty today . 67k production ... replenishment ratio 3 times Shell's at 182% . Lots of good info today .

TWalbyoff192 postsEBITDAAiming for EBITDA between 1-2X... that should send a message across the market as we've always been portrayed as debt ridden and potentially on the verge of collapse.Looking forward to seeing how the market reacts to this.GLA

Results clearly indicate that the additional 75% production of Magnus was only included from 1st Dec, but I recall the deal was that income to be backdated to 1st Jan 2017.

How will the additional revenue make its way into these (and last years) figures?

If they can get Kraken to 35k / 40k boped with DC4 online then we could see overall production close to 87k boepd later on in the year.

I am no oil expert but for those who are nervous about the debt levels Enquest have shown they have an escape route if needed. Last year they took $50 million off BP for assuming 7.5% of the decommissioning costs of the Deveron and Thistle fields. If ENQ needs more cash then BP I am sure would be delighted to extend the same terms. I'm less nervous about the debt now.

Average Group production expected to grow by around 20% to between 63,000 to 70,000 Boepd; production has averaged 67,700 Boepd in the first two months of the year

EnQuest has hedges in place for c.8.0 MMbbls of oil. Approximately 6.5 MMbbls are hedged at an average floor price of c.$66/bbl. In accordance with the Oz Management facility agreement, the Group has a further c.1.5 MMbbls hedged across 2019 with an average floor price of c.$56/bbl

Group's credit facility reduced to $730.0 million following early repayment of $55.0 million

Good hedging. 120 days worth of hedging at around $66 removes some of the uncertainty regarding cashflow / amortisation payment.

Better hedges to come in H2 as Brent moves above $70 bbl.

67,700 Boepd with limited production from Kraken. If Kraken production increases with DC4 then 2019 production could come in above the guidance. Excellent !

Onwards and upwards Enquest !

Results make the share price look ridiculous in a $68+ oil environment. Magnus overdelivered and Kraken issues we know about. Good news on "In March, the Group reduced its credit facility by $55.0 million to $730.0 million, ahead of the scheduled amortisation due in April, which now has a balance due of $50.0 million."

L3Trader517 postsMagnus to the rescue!the 60p party should take place in the Magnus platform. E121 your production forecast of 66k bopd was quite good. Congratulations. Obviously Magnus overdelivered. The following is music to my ears; "In March, the Group reduced its credit facility by $55.0 million to $730.0 million, ahead of the scheduled amortisation due in April, which now has a balance due of $50.0 million."

Many positives. Only downer is the performance of Kraken 21300 or so a day in 2019 but post dc4 still expecting 30000 to 35000 I like EBITDA forecast of 2 x by end of 2019. That is investment grade
