can I please say one more time …. I din't think that I ever deramped. I just said over the past few months that I was short this share via a spreadbet and that I added to that short position as the share continued to fall.
The Cairn announcement gave me an extra lucky gain and I am sorry for holders that it fell so heavily.
I did very nicely from my 3 short positions - closed with a £37k gain.
I was going to wait to see results prior to closing the short but yesterday, after re reading recent announcements I decided to close and open a long position , again via a SB . I got in at 15.9p.
This is now a long term hold for me (that's my intention) but I will build on my long position as it rises , the next step being when it reaches 25p.

Often if UT closimg trade is higher than share price range its a good sign that the share price will rise the next day and vice versa. Also if UT big a good sign

I can't see another placing happening for some time.
The CEO recently bought shares at 19p each and the batch he bought prior to that were at 23p each. His total purchase of the above two batches cost him £640k.
I can't imagine that he would have done that if there was any additional fund raising in the offing.
No , I think it's full steam ahead ahead now with production and asset development.

I'm tempted to have a punt before results, but there's history of em dumping a placing or rights along with those....

tempted though....might grab a few if she falls nearer 15p or lower

Yes they are absolutely hammering production.
Forget to mention yesterday …. I also very much like the additional voluntary debt repayments.

bitter about what?missing out on enq at 24, then 22, then 18?i have been right about a lot of things here recentlybrexitenq uninvestiblepmo a much better bet than enqall heavily argued and made personal by people here, who have ALL turned out to be wrong and poorer for iti have the money in the bank and have the opportunity to buy enq near the bottom should i wish :)

Further reduction in now a tiny short and the only one over 0.5% from Marshall Wace . Now down a further 0.11 to 0.67% . For all the negativity of some posters the market is clearly not short Enquest . Would be the last of my oillies to finally perform when it does and as I added a few at 16.5 am hoping to see the same delayed price action we are starting to see in PMO . Rest of portfolio doing well at these oil prices .
