10/3/2010 12:13 | good on you sit back and watch | buystock
10/3/2010 12:12 | Bought more on dip - NAV and Telavi Listed too (on recent RNS)- Holding and building fwd. I made huge on MNR and now EEE the bottom price | gdasinv2
09/3/2010 22:47 | the other thing I am not sure is the sale volume is low, it is difficult to support a rise it could be an attempted rise created by mm | qipincha
09/3/2010 22:44 | induna eee definitely has good value I feel that there is strange thing behind the scene and Azorim is a bit mean to eee, me think. all about money | qipincha
09/3/2010 16:53 | don't miss RLH tomorrow guys, late activity right at the death, buyers paying a premium to get in before the close. maybe news in the morning. | still waiting
09/3/2010 16:49 | Well a nice rise today. I'm looking at ADA as M/C is so low. | ucnut
09/3/2010 16:46 | qip, that's the problem, debt, hence the share price being at 3p rather than 50p or 150p. What's the alternative, sell assets at rock-bottom prices? I don't think Azorim are too happy with this situation hence their increasing stake in EEE. Buyout looks likely, they'll wait for a return on their investment. Look at other property stocks, MNR, NTA, XXIC, all recovering. Property prices will recover at some point, may take 3-5 years but Arozim will have 100% of something big rather than 50% of a struggling company. all imo. | induna123
09/3/2010 16:27 | the recovery of property market will take longer time than our expect. don't think eee can make profit in a couple of years' time. but key thing at moment is to sort out their debt, seems their parent company is keeping their money tightly, and other stake holders are not willing or unable to inject money into eee. I will wait and see. | qipincha
09/3/2010 15:57 | Azorim will want a return on their investment after paying 38p a share not so long ago. They will take out EEE and wait for the property markets to recover. | induna123
09/3/2010 15:46 | THIS BUYOUT WILL BE AT MINIMUM 10p | battyman2
09/3/2010 15:19 | I'm guessing one of the big shareholders doesn't want the company to flog assets at rock-bottom prices to pay off debts. Better for them to inject some cash and wait for the property market to recover and have a portfolio worth 40/50p a share. Remember these were trading at 150p before the credit cruch hit. | induna123
09/3/2010 15:11 | Added UKC - British Land and Coal - dual play - too. EEE is my top list | gdasinv2

09/3/2010 15:08 | so what has changed here, a few months ago they were flogging off assets for next to nothing and trying to do deals with the banks? Looks like the controlling shareholder group are trying to take control, don't they have to make a bid if they increase their holding at this level? K. | kramch
