while waiting for eee to find it's bottom, it might be helpful to re-check the property market at this point. As stated in company last half year report: "the Board decided to focus mainly on two countries, Poland and the Czech Republic and to complete the construction of projects,". So let's see how the market in Poland and Czech Republic now:

Poland

EEE has four projects in capital of poland, Warsaw, the property price has an increase of 0.36% y-o-y base. Even with the adjustment of inflation rate, it only dropped by 3.1%. I think it is good.

there are more cheerful news here:

Warsaw emerges as best European city for investment and business in the next five years

Czech
could not find much info, only old forecast news about Czech housing market in 2009:

however, the low unemployment rate, shall have positive impact on house market

Confidence in Czech economy slightly up in July

from london south east/bb looks like we have a buyer after todays stakebuilding and this conversation."I rang the company!"
'The RNS invites enquiries at the end, so I did. Samuel Hibel was apparently not in the office, so I was put through to a chap whose name I didn't catch, but he said he was the controller. I asked him if the company will survive... he said yes, that business was picking up and that they expect business to be back to normal next Jan / Feb (bit optimistic?). I asked about the loan repayment due in December that someone on here has mentioned, he said that was to the parent company and he expects they will grant an extension. I asked if they have a good relationship with their parent company and he said yes, very good. I asked again about survival of the company at the end and he said yes, absolutely.

I've paraphrased his answers slightly, but he seemed genuine and his English was excellent. Make of it what you will.... I didn't get the impression he was thumbing the jobs section of the Israeli Times...'

Ouch, not so good news from Bulgaria, makes EEE look like an ugly proposition. Still think they can turn it around eventually, before they go bust. Will their parent company keep bailing them out? I think so.

Good time to buy imo. 3.5p looks to be the bottom. Can see this easily going back to 10p on positive news. The only reason it tanked was delayed sales.

"now, they have 200,000, what about the other half???"

"loan of EUR200,000, subject to a number of conditions.
The Board is reviewing the bridging loan offer terms and a further announcement will be made shortly"
Subject to conditions, and the board are reviewing offer. sounds like parent are trying to hold them over a barrel,
200,000 not much good to them anyway, as they still need to find the 1.25m they have to pay banks before end of Dec.
looks like the parent owns 68% now, and are going to steal the other 32% bit by bit IMO.
