now centrica pulled out of nuclear power station in the uk!? How are we going to keep the lights on 5/10/15years from now, hoping egx may have a part to play in that during peak hours.

The slightly worrying thing is that OFGEM are indicating that they will only provide the feed-in subsidies for the first 30,000 micro-CHP installations? At least that's how I interpret this link? Or is that 30,000 per year ? Even at 30,000 per year, how does that tie in with the company's stated aim to sell 200,000 per year in the MIDAS article?





I'm sorely tempted to take some EGX, I think the technology works and the board are very very strong, but I do worry that Govt regulation/subsidies can't be trusted to remain constant for the long term, look what they did to the solar feed-in tariffs last year?

been watching and researching this company for a while
my first entry today with just under 30000 shares , on advfn it looks like a sell but its a buy at 33.5 ... looking to increase my holdings over time and make it my main stock holding as i see an excellent story folding here .. good luck all

Energetix Group plc, (AIM: EGX), which develops and commercialises alternative and efficient energy products, announces that following the completion of yesterday's General Meeting it has granted the following subscription options over its shares to certain of its Directors who have each released all existing share options held by them:

These options have been granted to Clare Spottiswoode, Peter Richardson and Tony Stiff under the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme to the extent of the relevant legislative limits and the balance under the Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme; and the options granted to Henry Cialone have been granted under the Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme

Vphase could pull this down if we are not careful.

But how much do you suppose the Vphase holding (about £2m worth) is currently contributing towards the EGX share price? Not a lot I suspect.
