04/4/2012 22:25 | Yes the low-tech nature of EGX's boiler is a major selling point for investors IMO | cyberbub
02/4/2012 12:38 | My oil-fired boiler has just sprung a leak and I am going to replace it with a gas-fired boiler. If this was currently available, I would look at the savings on installation cost and the extra cost thru being tied into their supply tariff. It will work for Energetix providing the boiler is reliable. They could easily issue debt or company bonds once they can see the return on the cost of providing the boiler initially. It provides them with a USP - unique selling proposition. I don't have any EGX shares - and sold my Ceres Power shares today. Edit - I had some Ceres shares a long time ago when they were around £3. British Gas subscribed @ around that figure. They invited shareholders to Crawley to see the state of play. I expected to see a complete boiler but there were just bits being tested - a long way from a complete boiler. I sold my shares then. I bought some six months ago thinking that they were now cheap @ 27p. I got 9p for them today. Fortunately, the EGX technology is low-tech so, I think, is lower risk than Ceres are finding. | david77
23/3/2012 15:26 | Now we are getting involved in the utilities industry. What are we? A product manufacturer or what? Giving away the Kingston boiler does not seem me to be a good idea. How long will the customer have to commit? How long will it take to recover the cost of the boiler. Could take many years. Bloody stupid. At least the directors have dipped in. | newkid
29/2/2012 10:50 | Why the hell are we getting involved with front line services. We should just manufacture the equipment and let someone else shift the stuff. This is getting to be a pain in the ass. If you take a look at the graph, where it peaks that's where I got in. | newkid
21/2/2012 03:27 | paying attention, honest - nothing useful to contribute ! I'd like to buy an efficient boiler though. | monstrous

06/1/2012 15:23 | Some good news at last. Now let's see how hard they can push it. | newkid
14/12/2011 10:58 | I can't see how they will ever make money from VPHA. If it were me I would cast it off and concentrate on the 2 products where they have some kind of chance at making money, UPS and their CPH boiler. I personally believe the UPS system will be the bigger money maker as long as they market it right. | newkid
17/11/2011 12:13 | Presumably the increasing difficulties at VPHA will have a negative impact on EGX? | typo56
19/10/2011 19:31 | up again today, rather quiet bb this, no one else holding egx? | rolo7
23/9/2011 20:15 | does anyone have any broker notes on this co. please? Thanks | euclid5
22/9/2011 18:20 | Not a bad day when everything else is blood red. | newkid
15/9/2011 08:40 | Results out on the 22nd then. Hope we get pos news. If flat then I think we will get pulled down again. | newkid
22/7/2011 17:08 | i'm sure they are in big cph?,however energetix are in the microCHP market...where they have a robust derisked technology ready for market, are well funded and have just appointed spottiswoode to the board rather well connected in the markets we address.we have numerous trials ongoing and have a diverse product range under the group structure...i might bother to have a look at cfu at some point so i feel adequately informed to express a view on that site..but in the meantime i think the second half could be rather interesting in egx. | kooba
22/7/2011 16:51 | I believe CFU is a bit ahead in the CPH market? H. | hectorp |
