ABC ,,your interest is financial affairs , if you get time and interested , i'd like to know your view on the IPM bank in Ireland.Noonan the finance minister is trying to over capitalise the bank ,saying we need 4 billion so he can take 99% of the company into state hands ,we shareholders at the minute own 44% so as you can see it's very very drastic. The EU just did a re-test on EU banks , but they tested IPM as if we had this extra 4 billion , but we the shareholders haven't agreed yet so test is means zilch. If we shareholders get 25% no vote to the re-cap of 4 billion ,then NOONAN is going to court to get the stability ACT 2010 AND WILL BE ABLE TO INJECT THE 4 BILLION NO MATTER, the (2010 ACT) will break certain other laws according to our lawyers.

i've worked out we need about 1.5 billoin to pass the test given ,, when you compare the results from yesterday , BIR v IPM and the core ratio's it shows we don't need 4 billion to pass the tests ,, any thoughts or suggestions on how best to fight it ,,proove our point would be great if as we think are correct at 1.5 billion. i have no problem with dilution of my shares if it is needed ,but to steal all when no need hmmmm NOT HAVING IT lol lol

that was a tongue in cheek comment homeboy without checking the facts, but i think direct democracy is the way forward. Its gotta be better than the present system.

p.s. I didn't really intend for this to become a busy thread. I am just collecting useful links for when the SHTF. My interest is mainly in financial affairs but i do find these other areas interesting.

Btw Even if only 0.000001% of the population participate, it is better to have 6000 people dispersed around the country voting on policy, rather than just 600 'sitting duck' mp's, who can be easily 'nobbled' by special interest groups in parliament.

By my calculations that isnt 6,0000 but 0.6. Someone with half a brain perhaps, er dovetail.

But I take your point on direct democracy. Of course they would never allow it. The last thing they want is any kind of democracy.

No problem graftman, the more people who are aware, the better!

I stumbled onto this whole area when I was researching the collapse of the financial system - that collapse was no accident, it was orchestrated IMHO.
