They didn't give much away about current year in their last statement so though the sector in general is trading on hefty forward multiples the tiddlers lag behind so unless they issue some bullish outlook noises with results..

I suppose the time to jump in/add was when Martin bought in December. I hold a few but will wait for results now and hopefully a positive outlook statement.

Adzuna stating that 'the number of vacancies in Britain leapt 14 percent in January'........and is set to increase. All those positions need staffing........an interesting read across for EMR.??

It remains a relatively simple story; cyclical recovery with good geographical spread and german legacy issues dealt with. Debt coming down and say eps of 7-8p this year and even on a not aggressive rating of 10 times the upside potential is clear

New Hardman note out, they reckon year end debt £1m lower than what they were expecting.

Seems to me the company building up a head of steam for 2014 as NFI which was down 7% at £20.9m at the 2013 half year is now "marginally below 2012 levels"

NFI total in 2012 was £43.9m implying perhaps near £23.0m and around a 10% increase of NFI in H2 2013

As well as NFI increasing the reducing debt will lower interest charges.

The German pay provision will not be needed with an exceptional credit of about £800k when the 2012 results are published in March.

yes and given the chairman snaffled a million quids worth recently my guess is that they have not gone overboard on the statement.

net debt is coming down fast and these were 65-70p before germany struck a few years back.

eps upgrades for this year look a certainty and as we have said these could easily double and not look pricey

Certainly 90p, based on 2014 forecasts which means the £1 mark as soon as there is a broker forecast for 2015 using some known 2014 numbers/or an earnings upgrade for 2014.

I'm still a bit amazed that more folks haven't latched onto EMR, particularly after the Tony Martin (Chairman) 3m shrs buy....to 29%, as recently as Dec 2013.

Ah well...., happy to hold for more of the same.

And 6.4p of eps for 2014 likely to be well behind the curve. Add in rating expansion and this could finally recover its lost years

Still cheap on forecasted eps of 2013 5.9p and 2014 6.4p, with a smidge of divi each year.
