Geko5trade, yes it's mutual, but needs to be clear going forward too. As I've said many times before, I really hope they can find a good and fair way to merge the companies as this would solve all of the above and any contractual nuances too.
But, at the very least, let's see what comes back from EEE around the JV terms, I'm sure they'll respond promptly and dispel any doubts around the rights.

I'll be hoping to do a modest top up if this keeps falling and funds permit...

GTA5, One other aspect is that there is a good reason why EEE and Century have this agreement in place. I think Century need EEE and the exceptional skill set they bring. If, and I find it hard to believe there is, any grey area I'd expect it to be resolved by mutual agreement. So far this whole project has worked because there is clearly a healthy relationship.

1. 1000% agreed. It would be madness. -And- it's such an obvious thing that it would beggar belief that this really was an issue. Ie. "too stupid to be possible" however the wording in the public RNS is pretty clear. (only saving grace is if it has since been ammended in legally binding agreements between EEE-Century, or at the very least, if it has been cut out of context with larger caveats and limiting sections around in the actual agreement and presented as a out of context section in the RNS) But I repeat; as it appears in the text of the RNS it's excluding EEE from claiming any rights to Ti out of Sandy materials in the 3 projects, including Pitfield.

2.Awesome. I have no reason to doubt Shaun, and have so far always got the impression that he's fully on the ball. We're now a few SH that have contacted them about this. hopefully it can be clarified quickly and leave no doubt whatsoever.
