Hi GTA,I'm relaxed due to two things;1) Whilst it might be possible to interpret the contract description in the RNS from way back when as "concerning", in order to do so we must also think or believe that Empire have been working on this project for no reason whatsoever & that they are & have wasted time in doing so. This is complete madness so I'm not going to allow myself to be dragged into that debate (not with you btw, with others looking for it to be an issue)2) I make it my business to keep in touch with the Empire board and contrary to what some recent posters might be suggesting, I have been extremely critical of this company & its performance across multiple areas of concern over many many years. Whilst SB has been almost impeccable in terms of his personal performance I am well able to be critical of the business as I see it from a shareholder side. With this in mind, I'm personally happy with my level of engagement & my understanding of the current "concerns". I can assure you SB & Co. are aware of all the recent shenanigans and I'm also confident that they will have an update soon which will allay any fears or doubts that people might be having. I have no reasons to doubt the NoD or SB, and I'm not about to start now however, I'll be straight on to them if I feel anything is not as it should be. They have been unbelievably responsive to me in the years gone by so I am very surprised that this particular investor has not received a reply to their query. I hope they receive one soon & that they can then buy more shares which I believe was their plan once confirmation had been received that all was good. ML

Why 5.8p GTA5, is it just a figure you plucked out the air. Don't get too greedy, it's already a silly price. A combination of end of year tax dodgers and a concerted bashing campaign have driven it here, won't last long imho.

LSE poster reminds us

"Sandstone-hosted mineralisation Today 15:53

I have lost count of the number of times that Empire has stated that the Ti mineralisation is hosted in sandstone and siltstone. These are sedimentary rocks. ROCKS."

Are not mineral sands on the beaches and washed into the sand by rivers???

hi manlord1, it's good to hear you're feeling so relaxed.
I'm as positive as they come with regards to the find at Pitfield and the likelihood of a positive process path to commercially attractive production.

But, I fail to see how you can be so relaxed about the mineral sands part of the Century acquisition clause that was highlighted yesterday. (yes, I fully agree that there is a concerted effort to drive down the SP, but this little piece of info does not strike me as part of it.) It's been hidden in plain sight since 2022 and is clearly a clause reserving the rights to "minerals sands" separate to the original Cu/Ag targets, acknowledged by both parties.

If you look up the definition of mineral sands it's clear that it's exactly what we have at Pitfield. Wether it's sandstone or compacted sand or sandy sludge the top 100 definitions you'll find online will contain the word sand, Titanium and or Rutile and Ilmenite etc. If this was 2 parties in front of a judge arguing we'd have zero legs to stand on.(And we (read Kuenzel and Mgmt) should know better than that after the f@#$^ing russian partner experience we had in Georgia!?)
I can't wait to hear back from Shaun that they have a mutually agreed solution to this, because as it's written in that RNS we're not in a good place.
Just my humble opinion.

As for the SP, I'm expecting it to bounce at 5.8 and hopefully recover back towards 10p in the next weeks.
But, as positive as that might be, I Would feel a lot better with the JV terms clarified.

GL, GTA.

To be clear, there are still many very good contributors on both sites, most have outlined their reasons to be positive & their reasons to be cautious as is the case in every publicly traded company. I think everyone knows who the genuine type investors / holders are given their history & even some relatively new people who have offered some valuable contributions but for me the others are like a lighthouse on a clear night - very visible! It can only be good news long-term! P.S. I have ZERO concerns about the 70/30 split Re; mineral sands. I can't even believe this has been a discussion topic to be honest. ML

ODR,Without a shadow of a doubt I can say that there is an orchestrated effort to discredit Empires find, SB & anyone who is remotely or even very confident in their holding of Empire shares. I'm here 9 years & I've never seen anything like it. In fact it's crazy the level of cloaked references & hinting or bad news. New posters with an extremely detailed opinion on Empire. New posters going back 3-4 years of member posts to try to stain their reputations. Articles produced and communicated across many platforms and then shared and discussed by new posters to create doubt. ADVFN & LSE boards completely overrun with trolls & posters who seem to offer absolutely nothing more than general conversation about themselves which is repeated hourly for days. I've done my research, I've spoken to those that matter & I'll be listening to the experts who have up until this point never let us down to date.

One positive we can take from all the negativity around is the company is cashed up until year end and beyond. And managed to get the last placing away at 11p, so no massive dilution. And when they do come back with the begging bowl, they will be wanting to go back to their Saudi investors with an improved share price from the 11p placing previously. By then lots of RC/diamond lab and tonnage information should be out in the public domain!!!GLA
