Mike has played a blinder here. It seems like the Candelaria deal was used as a tactic to bring the Russian JV partners to the negotiating table. Without that the Russians wouldn't have coughed up anything to buy EEE out

Agree that they are best of out of there and my view is that having the cash in the bank (even though this may be significantly less than the maximum they could have received) is of far greater benefit for the company. Clearly they can spend the money on better and more value generating assets, so I'm on board with having the cash. Happy that the whole thing is finalised. Hopefully the market sees it that way too, which I'm sure they willl

You can't compare it to the Candelaria deal as the company would only have received shares if various milestones were hit. It's been over 3 years since the company has been able to do any work on the Georgian licence

Interesting development. Well short of the $7m CAD, which I make the $3.3m USD to be around $4.0m CAD. However, the big bonus is that it is all cash rather than shares. So for me, it draws to an end a horrible drag on the share price and gives us a warchest to go and dig up some value in Aus.

I would definately have settled for this development this morning. I reckon we should see a good strong increase in the share price over the coming days given that the MCAP is only circa £9m and we now have plenty of cash and some great assets.

Looking forward to smashing on forward when the market wakes up to this development.

If your not happy then sell up and move on. Your rubbish posts are boring. Placing to expand is how junior minors progress. The board have options at double the current share price, hardly a rinse is it?
