About time this left the station! All fuelled up and ready to hit 6p! Looking forward to drill results coming in the next couple of weeks. The share price should build some just in anticipation based on previous drilling. Glah

Mike says that empire had many offers on the table, with people approaching them all the time. They were interested in munni munni not long ago. I think eclipse is a quick route to a profitable mine to raise peoples confidence in empire. I do think they will expand much further than this, hence looking a ceo from Western Australia. My biggest concern is the dragged out Georgia sals

Look, there's nothing wrong with the grades they've found at Eclipse and as I've said before I take my hat off to Struthers from saving the GEO basketcase from the abyss.

I also welcome the fact that the initial 6K ounces resource is just the starting point and with further drilling this can be expanded and grown a bit....

...but, the problem we have is that the market is full of minnows with resources in the 100K or million+ ounce resources, and they are often valued at our levels, so in Western Aus 6K, (or 10K or 12K or 16K etc) is just not going to lift any eyebrows, it's not going to make any great CEO drop what they're doing and come into EEE for share options in lieu of a 250K+ Salary. And if we go down the route of fancy salaries and new exploration targets with our current MCAP we'll be on the confetti gravy train to oblivion quicker than you can say "Noricum Gold"...

Struthers, if you're reading this, please merge us in with Candelaria at a fair price and move ahead with the bigger picture....Eclipse is too small as a standalone project to warrant separate management, Georgia is too messy and long term to resolve now, and you and Neil are the only proven assets/leaders with interests in both companies futures.

You could be right. Struthers tends to do quite a few interviews so might get more clarity from one of those.

I read it more of based on the lowest off take on the eclipse shaft we would get a JORC to mine via an open pit. Bare in mind it says the data was too cut at 22g/t Au.Mike isn't one to over evaluate an estimate, I think his just clarifying we will get a JORC even based on them figures. We are now diamond drilling 200m in three holes which will make the resource figures on the eclipse shaft clearer. 17 holes at jacks dream will be interesting aswel, the potential for two separate pits is quite high in my opinion

The strategy as I understood it from Struthers was to get the smallest scale operation into production to reduce red tape and regulatory demands. What I'm not clear about is by how much can this operation, along with satellite targets, be expanded. I can see the logic of a softly, softly, small scale approach from the regulatory perspective. Right now the market is saying there's nothing more than that and valuing accordingly. The market is also indicating diddly from Georgia. There's too much potential value in Empire for it to be ignored. Perhaps the value can only be extracted by joining forces.

Might get one of the Aussie gold hunters to do it, the Victoria diggers do over 1000 oz a season

Yeah...
I think it's pretty clear where the challenge is now.
Struthers wasn't kidding when he said that it wouldn't be hundreds of thousands of ounces, but lets be clear; a 6706 oz (non-compliant) resource is not going to attract a high calibre CEO from anywhere.

...so now the pressure is back on to Georgian assets sold. for real this time.

The start of news flow... should be a good few months now. All looks in order for a steady rise...

Encouraging news, confident this will be a profitable mine in quick time at very little capex. Market cap only a fraction of future cash flow.

On the appointment of a new CEO the shares will be up to 3.5p or more.

Clearly there are a number of candidates being interviewed with a local man likely.

We should hear shortly. Shareholders know this so posting that the co has no permenant CEO is pointless.

Quote from last rns..."Our genesis as a value-driven Australian-focussed resource company will be cemented on the appointment of a new CEO, which we anticipate in the coming weeks, as we look forward to what we believe is a very bright future in this region."Looking forward to finding out who the new ceo is, has got to be announced in these next couple of weeks now...

The sun has been shining all day and families and friends have been able to meet up again There has been football and cricket on the tv and golf courses and swimming pools are open.
And 3 sadoes come on here stating the bleeding obvious even though the co has said that news is due soon. YOU HAVE TO PITY PEOPLE LIKE THIS.
