I will have to hire a big van and go down to Bristol on Griday morning and make a collection.

Settlement into CREST today, so then down to internal systems as each Broker will have to allocate to accounts. I would say by Wednesday / Thursday close of business to be on the safe side, though that is only my opinion.

Some p[eople will never get their money, because they haven't notified the registrar of their changed addresses...well, there were 27,000 shareholders not so many years ago, all sorts of things happen when that many people are involved...

Don't post often but as I have just posted on the DES site thought I would drop in on one of my other favourite shares. Enjoyed the ride over the last 6 - 7 years, read a lot of good stuff and some fantastic amount of hyperbole and downright rubbish but at least it was (mostly) informative.
Bob - meant to say thanks for your list of small/mid cap oilies in post 11937, bought a few of NTOG (not one I knew well at all), been in SEY for a while, NTOG seem to have come good about 24 hours after I bought, took initial investment out + a few quid extra and now have a free ride.
Am of the opinion that the FI oilies are certainly worth a punt (good gamble, prob sh*t or bust but hey ho).
Anyway waiting for the long anticipated EEN cheque but not as much as I had hoped for, still think that this was worth in the range of £10 -£12 in the next six months but a few hundred percent return is not to be sniffed at.
