Better volumes today but mostly matched at 220 and 221. Hopefully this selling resistance at this level will soon fade away.

I hold for sure and have been adding regularly since the July results. Will add more around 225 when I see the action I am looking for in the chart/volumes.

ELM was added to the Stoxx 600 index last week as well. That will help get some institutional demand in from Europe.

lowish dayly volume for recently but the volume rose here in March and has stayed historically higher than normal since. Makes me think there may be a bidder here or something else going on - part of the reason why I hold.

CR, I was referring to the volume traded in ELM. Same today, with small traders on SETS moving the price around. The stock will only follow the market on such days.

Until the price moves north on bigger trades (total of 500k to 1M in a day), I won't be convinced of any rally. We had a couple of recent such volume days that laid down solid supports at 217 and 221, which is good. When we get another 1M day with a price move to 225 or more then I think the next move in this stock will have started.

I still have a short term 240p target. Where it goes from there will depend on the next management report IMO. Hopefully it will be as bullish as the last one.

Volume was unconvincing but US was shut, so let's see tomorrow. The jump to 225 this morning was on zero volume so I'd like to see a higher close on bigger volume to build a new base camp.

Closed with plenty of activity in the closing auction. Mostly at 221 during the day. The resistance is crumbling and the volume was higher today as well. Breakout not yet happened in my opinion, but if we can get a hop up and close to 225, that will help defuse the sellers.

Every time it attacks 218 - 220, sellers pile in big time. This has been the case on L2 all week. This is probably traders shorting into the recent top.

Pressure is building to break through 220 and a good day on the Dow might help the UK wimps who sell when the US goes down to buy ELM :)
