01/9/2016 12:29 | "He won in court" ? Well, actually as i see it he managed to rack up costs at a fantastic rate and bankrupt the opposition meaning he couldn't continue. Not sure that is winning in court ? pat Lets call a spade a spade You invested here, you even added just last week. The company has been in decline for what 5-6 years with Daley at the controls ? You know the score, nothings changed in fact normal service has been maintained remarkably for Daley and the BOD regardless of the accounts. If you can see value here then good for you but the wages and power setup are all part of the package. You cant like a company and not like the CEO or director of 10 years, they are the company and the reason everyone else sold up. Up till this week i had sympathy that you were in too deep to get out but as you continue to invest here i am at a loss as to what to say. Every time another share is issued or another bit is sold off what's left has to work even harder... but doesnt and never has. You have bought yourself a privileged position in this company, if you don't use it you only have yourself to blame. Daley and Wilson have made it pretty clear what they plan to do and have sought clearance at the AGM for each new scheme to line their pockets. 01/9/2016 09:26 | Of course it's not right pat, what they did to Barrie was not right either but as you have been told a hundred times this company is run for the benefit of a few individuals, it's made no effort to return any form of shareholder value for years !! The turnover, the profit, the share price have been dropping steadily for years and yet boardroom wages have been climbing correspondingly :-) Didn't stop you increasing your stake again this week though did it ? you obviously feel that of all the investment opportunities out there this is the best this week. You cant have it both ways. Bottom line is no one can say the BOD have ever made any attempt to disguise the millions paid in wages , bonuses and the gratuitous payments to the two at the top regardless of the awful performance. On the one occasion they tried to introduce a performance related package (jsop) they needed a 5p rise in the share price over 3 years and got a 15p drop :-) That my friend shoulds tell you all you need to know. | spec7 | |
