Result of Scrip Dividend
Elecosoft plc (AIM: ELCO), the AIM-listed construction software specialist, announces that further to the Company's announcement on 19 March 2019, it has received final results for the scrip dividend alternative in respect of 46,530,503 existing ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This figure represents approximately 56.87 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
Accordingly, based on the previously announced reference price of 74.74 pence per share and the final approved dividend of 0.40p per share, a total of 248,585 new Ordinary Shares have been allotted by the Company to shareholders to receive the scrip dividend.
Pursuant to the scrip dividend, the following Directors will receive new Ordinary Shares in the Company:

Application has been made for 248,585 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to become effective on 2 June 2019. Following Admission, Elecosoft will have 82,067,992 Ordinary Shares in issue. All Ordinary Shares shall have equal voting rights and none of the Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company immediately following Admission will therefore be 82,067,992.
