EKF Diagnostics Holdings plc (AIM: EKF), the AIM-listed global diagnostics business, announces that t he Board of EKF has been informed that on Tuesday 9 January 2024, certain funds connected to Christopher Mills, Non-Executive Director, purchased a total of 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 30 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Christopher Mills' total direct and indirect interest in the Company is 132,250,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 29.147% of the total voting rights over the Company's issued share capital.
