Results of General Meeting
Eight Peaks Group PLC ("8PG" or the "Company") announces that at the General Meeting of the Company held today, all resolutions were passed by the requisite majority.
Consequently, as contemplated in the Company's circular dated 30 April 2019 ("Circular") and its announcement of the same date, the last day of dealings in 8PG's Ordinary Shares will be 30 May 2019, and at 7:00am on 31 May 2019 the admission to trading on AIM of 8PG's Ordinary Shares will be cancelled. Also as contemplated, the Company will apply to the Registrar of Companies for the Company to be reregistered as a private limited company.
Further details of the Cancellation and Reregistration are set out in both the Circular and announcement referred to above. Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement have the meaning given to them in the Circular. A copy of the Circular is available on the Company's website, www.8pg.co.
