30/12/2018 18:20 | So david, post conversion you held roughly 265,000 8PG shares. If we ignore your imaginary top-ups you’ll be reducing your 265,000 holding by 45% so you’ll be selling roughly 120,000 this coming week. Do keep us informed of your sales before you push the sell button instead of falsely claiming certain trades to be yours, again. tia chum | michaelsadvfn
30/12/2018 15:47 | Thanks Prof :-) | krisg
30/12/2018 09:31 | Totally expected this debacle. I broke one of my main rules of investing as my rule is very politically incorrect cannot discuss it here.Never mind I've been quite successful in the past so back to the future.I would like to offer some sympathy to professor pettigrew must be very hard to swallow this disaster.Funnily enough I had a similar experience with Oxford biomedica. The share price collapsed and for years it was in the doldrums, then last year (2018)it came good and I made a reasonable profit, so you never know. Anyway happy new year to you all and let's make some money! | uncle jack
30/12/2018 09:16 | Grey in Banstead. | bionicdog
30/12/2018 08:29 | David, Have you agreed a flat fee of £1,000 with HL ? Professor Pinocchio (WTI) - 15 Dec'10 - 22:51 I have placed an order to buy 2.5m of these tomorrow in various size shapes so as not to alert various mm's. Minimum buy price will be 9p and maximum 9.5p. I have also indicated that the orders must be filled between 9am and 2pm (not the whole trading day). Professor Pinocchio (WTI) - 16 Dec'10 - 11:23 ..just over 290,000 purchased so far. Seems to be picking them up between 9 and 9.22p on both markets. Professor Pinocchio (WTI) - 16 Dec'10 - 12:36 ..485,000 now in the bag. Professor Pinocchio (WTI) - 16 Dec'10 - 13:33 ..565,000 - just under 2m to go, and hopefully it won't put too much upward pressure on at this stage. Professor Pinocchio (WTI) - 16 Dec'10 - 14:07 ..Just spoke to my broker - he has secured just over 600,000 and says that to meet the target may involve raising limits or ticking the share price up. He has suggested buying the (smallish) chunks as he has been doing all day and extending the buying into tomorrow in the hope the share price stays around this level. This would hopefully give the 2.5m target without upsetting the apple cart too much. I just wonder what the effect could be when I come to sell, but that's a long way off. Professor Pinocchio (WTI) - 16 Dec'10 - 14:59 ..hi chaps, sorry for the delay, just had to pop out for an hour. I did set a limit of 9.5p, hopefully he may be able to finish that off today, as I notice the share price is ticking up. Now have 835,000 so about 1.7m to go. If not today, then by the close of play tomorrow. I agreed a flat fee of £1,000 with my broker regardless of the number of tranches. Professor Pinocchio (WTI) - 16 Dec'10 - 17:00 ..all-in 1.15m. Almost half-way there, the rest tomorrow. Professor Pinocchio (WTI) - 17 Dec'10 - 07:45 ..well, as Kent Walton used to say "Seconds out, round two". God luck all. Professor Pinocchio (WTI) - 17 Dec'10 - 08:51 ..spoke to broker and he has secured 750k already. Hopefully he'll be done by lunchtime. Professor Pinocchio (WTI) 17 Dec'10 - 11:58 ..broker informs another 250k. By my calcs about 400k or so to go. Professor Pinocchio (WTI) - 17 Dec'10 - 12:33 Broker informs me there will only be a few trades left to do and the 2.5m are in the bag. ps - snowing in Surrey again by the way. Professor Pinocchio (WTI) - 17 Dec'10 - 15:05 ..broker advises 1 more trade left and that's it. So now WTI can go stellar! Professor Pinocchio (WTI) - 12 Jan'11 - 11:39 ..by the way went in for a further 50,000 this morning. Now holding just over 3.2m.. | chinese investor
30/12/2018 03:17 | It’s been a privilege watching fiscal acumen in action. You have to love the finale. Telling the market that someone is going to sell a chunk on the most illiquid trading day of the year. Clown doesn’t come close to describing it. | professor knobhead
29/12/2018 22:38 | Well, there's my green tick-up to you Belt. A happy and profitable new year to you and yours for 2019. | professor pettigrew |
