Prof

Fully understand you looking to cut down, as there is a bit of negative vibes doing the rounds at the moment.

As for 2018, for me that is now basically history. Hopefully there will be great profits to be made in 2019 (and as we head there, 8PG is only 5% of my investing portfolio, so will not really make a material difference to me in 2019 - unless it multi bags).

Cheers, B&B. (I am at least expecting a minimum of 5 red ticks for this post)

And to you Belt. I have a very large position here, and for the sake of prudence, need to cut it down somewhat given the negative vibes surrounding 8pg.

I wish you and all longs the best of luck.

I hope the trolls and detractors here have a dire 2019 and lose their shirts.

I will not be selling any at sub 10p. Will be buying more if I can get more at sub 9p. I will not be doing anything on Monday though, just wait now until the NewYear. Best of luck to everyone for 2019.

It's hardly worth selling at this price - you will get a fraction back of what you put in.I am of the polar opposite opinion and do not intend to sell at present. As you say shuster is now busily turning this around streamlining / expanding abroad. Zaf surely must have been privy to the plan of action - one to buy more shares in 8pg in recent fund raise in addition to his previous £100k not that long ago and to invest further in vs. My position is hold and wait as I think things will pick up this year coming imo dyor

I've just returned from a splendid lunch at "Rules Of Covent Garden" with Chums and Ex Colleagues (Redvers, Bertie, Eric Clapton, Tibs, Minka, Cozy, Bellie, Bumpy, Felix, Wiz, Offy and Copperbottom) who are all MMs.

Naturally we talked about 8PG.

They'll all be lowering the 8PG price first thing Monday morning because some psycho is having a fire sale !

I can recommend the trout !

And what most people here have forgotten, is the appointment of Rene Schuster to Virtualstock.

Those without balls of steel would have sold out here completely (not needed to be certifying), I am being prudent and cutting around half, but Schuster has an excellent previous track record.

On balance I would say 8pg is undervalued, but prudence must reign with such a large amount of money on the table.

Releasing news on the last trading day of the year, particularly late in the day is usually a red flag. None more so than when the party delivering it is serial value decimator Zafar Karim of Eight Peaks Group (8PG)

News out confirming the conversion terms of the convertible loan put into Virtual Stock by Eight Peaks being just £2.50 a share and so confirming what Mr Karma has been saying for weeks, namely that Karim's protestations of the current value of 8 being wrong as VirtualStock (VS) was supposedly worth £70 million+ was just sheer fantasy.

That fantasy and dishonest stock promote allowed Karim to raise money from mug punters to pay his salary (that was recycled back into the stock in the recent placing to try and keep the fugazi going...). The implied valuation is in fact just over £17 million - a fraction of £70 million and thus validating my stance and comments and also illustrating that "Mr Market" is not wrong - Karim is.

I have called this correctly in recent months and am very confident I will continue to call this correctly. The next step is that there will be another placing likely in the next few months as the majority of the recent money raise has just been thrown down the black hole that is VS.

Anybody still holding here needs certifying. VS will almost certainly need more money and so that means either dilution for 8PG on an already depleted holding or another write down.

Maybe PP does not realise that the MMs will not want any of his shares come next week;unless of course he is prepared to accept that "sub 8p" mentioned in his posting.

"Earlier on today apparently a man wrote on another 8PG bulletin board saying he was going to sell a huge number of shares in the next couple of days.”

"Well I can assure people reading, don’t worry, he won’t."

I have no time for richie666, but the figures are there for all to see.

A bigger VS loss than I expected, and the total value is around £17m.

The mcap for 8pg is about right, but any further slip-ups from Zaf will see us drift sub 8p. It appears he has continually lied to the investing community, and his £70m valuation of VS it totally off the radar. Also, why haven't we heard anything positive regarding IBS?

I must admit I'm not happy about the whole thing, and will be unloading some stock on Monday.

I will still hold a very large amount of 8pg but am trimming my holdings by around half within the next week or so.
