I posted the following on 9th July this year on the LEG thread.


'The RNS on 9th July 2018, and I quote:

Zaf said the company NAV is based on "very conservative historic transaction based valuation policy". Note the words "very conservative". Would Zaf use these words if he did not think the company's real value was well in excess of £6M? He is basically telling you at today's price the company is cheap, very cheap.'


As we move into 2019, in my view Zaf and Monson now need to deliver, words such as the company's NAV being based on very conservative historic valuations are no longer enough. I think we really now require tangible results to back up what has been said to the market. Zaf also in an interview with Zak Mirr, mentioned that VS could become a 'unicorn' company? We need proof that VS is actually one tenth of that, which would do for the meantime?

We now have a note of the latest cash injection, this should be enough to last the company in my view for 2019, without further placings. Some cash receipts of some sort would also be great?

Over to Zaf and Monson, can they deliver or is this simply another AIM casino, lifestyle company? I am still hopeful they can deliver, but following recent performance doubts begin to creep in?

Following their subscription, Zaf and Monson will own 11.7% of the company, which in my view is decent 'skin in the game'. They are the 'insiders', let's see how things pan out in 2019.
