Yet another Shareholder List has been issued.

Even if the shares are valued at 21.7p most of the holdings are of low value !

There have been some buys/sales in the last twelve months !

It appears that assuming all the numbers offered up by EIGHT PEAKS are accurate ?!?!?
then us shareholders might yet see some value but when ? and how ?

As EIGHT PEAKS are now just a LTD co and not a PLC....I have my doubts as I do still about the integrity of Zaf !

What are you views ? Do you see any value ? Or is it all BS ?

The Chairman Elect,
Eight Peaks's main assets are not publicly quoted and so valuations need to be scrutinised very closely.
They are valued by examining, in the main, previous successful buys/sells.

According to Eight Peaks, Virtualstock's value has increased 30% in 12 months which could indeed be true.

So is most of this EXTRA valuation from your post 120 to do with VS or one of the other holdings?

How realistic are all these numbers? The reason I ask is that I am trying to remove from a SIPP to an unconnected 3rd party which you are allowed to do but claiming that as they de-listed from AIM that they are of neg value.

Put another way would you pay 21.7p for the shares now?

The numbers you quote £4,346,000, 19,988,253 and 21.7p are completely correct.
The shares though were "valued" at a fraction of this just before going private (see graph) !

When the company went private a matched bargain facility to buy and sell Eight Peaks shares was created (ASSET MATCH).
No deals were ever done and the facility was recently withdrawn.

I don't understand the following :-

Surely you can't take any share out of a SIPP ?

I put this on one of the other threads yesterday but as any activity appears to really be on this thread I have transferred it to here. I would be most interested in any sensible responses as I do NOT believe a word of it but remain open minded....

EDIT: I have just noticed the post 120 above which is clearly at odds....however the 4 other assets have not been given a valuation in that post 120 ? So what is the truth here? What are the facts?

This sounds like BS to me but any comments from any holders who have read the most recent accounts?

The accounts (ending 31 March 2021) state they have :-

Cash £34,000
Asset Medgold £9,000
Asset Amedeo £2,000
Asset IBS £56,000
Four Other Assets (VirtualStock, Crowd For Angels, BlockAPT, DunRaven)
