The reason for the release of the shareholders list is because this list is requested by companies house for every company every few years. Simply standard procedure.

So nothing unusual about this.

As it happens my shares are held within both the Lawshare and Interactive Investors nominee holdings.

Virtualstock are to publish a list of their shareholders this month.
It will be interesting to note Eight Peak's and Zaf's holdings.
Virtualstock's have recently done cash raises at £2 per share.

Eight Peaks value their VS holding at over £2 million !

At the moment the company has liquid resources of well under £100,000 !
It has expected expenditure of £26,000 this year.
i.e. no renumeration for directors !

So why has Eight Peaks released their shareholder list ?
Are they going to do another cull ?
Zarim likes his culls !

There are around 450 shareholders using their own names.
Then there are the nominees !

Most have less than 100 deferred shares.
Zaf has 13,002 deferred shares.

Then there are the ordinary shares.
Zaf has 1,746,109 of these.
The usual suspects are still there :- Blandford, Rowan, Mrs Karen Pickles, Rizzs, T&J Capital.

There are 20 million ordinary shares in total.
Total assets are around £4 million !

Eight Peaks have just done a cash raise (deferred shares) at 0.015p (£30,000 raised).

Bionic, sorry i did give Dave a like.on that posting.... as Datait is a real MF, Peaky was hurt with the Syme fall yesterday so didnt take well to the mocking Datait did at Syme
