Seen some stocks do some spectacular recoveries from potential delistings.

NSCI was one, dropped to under 3p offer then spiked as high as 24p bid.

What % do management hold ?

Looks like you could be right. However, I do not wish to sell at this level. I also do not wish the board to just easily get the de-list over the line without a fight. There are obvious high risks to being invested in a private company (although Directors have always to act in the best interests of shareholders - supposedly?).

I plan to go to the meeting see the whites of their eyes and find out what exactly are the plans. I need to find out from them exactly where we are with Virtualstock, and all the other minor 'investments' they have in the portfolio. I need to find out why they will not simply (if it is in the best interests of shareholders), sell off all their investments, wind the whole thing up and return any remaining cash from the recent placings back to shareholders. By doing this Zaf and Monson would have to act in the best interests of all as they are also (apparently) major holders.

I need to find out if this was actually all along just another AIM cesspit share set up solely for the benefit of Directors.

I predict a horde of PIs will be selling tomorrow morning and their shares will be mopped up by the Big Boys.

It'll cost £100 to trade these shares when they go private.
