Well, well, this was actually forecast by ShareProphets a while back. At this level and as CI noted above the share price does not make sense. Seems very very cheap.

Just purchased another 70K, I think I will stay in. I may once again go to the general meeting and get a better feel to what exactly is going on. Personally, I have no fear of being an investor in a private company (provided I am able to speak to the BOD). Being a
an investor in a private company is where I have by far made most in my career. In some regards at the present market cap it makes a lot of sense for the company to go private, saves a fair bit of material costs.

Let's see where we go from here.

There are 18 million shares with a mid price of 4.75p.
Cap is £800,000.
They raised £610,000 at the beginning of the year.
Madness !

Has anyone considered that at a Market cap of 800k this company is potentially worth over £3m, even VS might be one of the interested party's!!
