08/3/2019 08:04 | Nice start to the day, VS seem to have woken from their slumber, would be nice to have an upto valuation of VS. | gbenson1
08/3/2019 07:47 | 8PG had £149,000 in cash at the end of September 2018. Since then it has raised £780,000. It has a Cap of just over £1 million ! | chinese investor
07/3/2019 22:13 | Yes , when it turns it will be harsh and unforgiving | gottopickapocketortwo
07/3/2019 22:02 | Seems to me the share price came down pretty bad on very thin trading, so it possibly would not take a lot to get the price back up again, especially now that the company is valued at not a lot above £ 1 M. Yes two more multinational retail client wins, so good news, I would be sure that Rene is working hard at Virtualstock to try and get the the required listing, which is the stated aim! | belt n braces
07/3/2019 21:36 | I agree and have bought approx 50k shares over 2 transaction this week | gottopickapocketortwo
07/3/2019 20:42 | Gotto Always thought you had a great name 'handle' here on advfn/ and also a fellow Scotsman so all good. Think I might do a bit of topping up here tomorrow, on the value of the recent placing alone, it seems this company is, as you say below the radar and seriously under valued. Maybe a small topping up at this stage? | belt n braces
07/3/2019 19:46 | Agree 100% belt and braces / fellow Scotsman . Hence why of late I have averaged down and increased my holding in 8pg from a mere 30M pre consolidation to >100M today . I know this is below the radar and it is reassuring to hear such positivity regarding 2019 outlook from vs msnagment today reinforcing my belief | gottopickapocketortwo
07/3/2019 19:34 | This evening, if we take the closing mid price of today (7.25p), the market value of 8Peaks is equal to £ 1.3million. If we take a look at the recent placing that raised £ 610K and if we add the additional stock taken up by Zaf and Monson that is an additional £ 170K. Therefore the cash value added via the placing is £ 780K. If we assume that a residual value of a stock exchange listing is worth say £ 150K, that would value the company in a pretty worst case scenario at £ 930K. This would imply that the remaining assets prior to the recent fund raise is worth a measly £ 370K? Surely this is now really in massive bargain territory, or have I missed something? If the 'herd' were now to start trading this stock, then I suspect a massive re-rate would be in order? | belt n braces
07/3/2019 19:27 | Cool All quiet on the Sutton front. | maxk
07/3/2019 16:47 | I think this will come good this year and is greatly undervalued .Once Rene irons out the creases in VS and expands , this will show in 8pg share price as sentiment changes IMO and little float - so happy to hold over 1.5% of 8pg's stock in pf. Gla watch this space this year | gottopickapocketortwo
07/3/2019 14:55 | Virtualstock is supplying its cloud-based software solution, The Edge, to Nisbets and Whirlpool UK Appliances. | gottopickapocketortwo
07/3/2019 14:54 | These two major client wins build on our very strong portfolio of retail clients and reflect our growing momentum. Over the past two years we have raised £3.4 million to fund future expansion, hired the former CEO of Telefonica Deutschland as our Chairman and increased revenue growth by 74%. We are very excited about 2019 and further executing our ambitious growth plans." | gottopickapocketortwo
07/3/2019 12:47 | If virtualstock is actually worth £ 70 million, which the 8PG website states was the last investment price, then 8PG in theory should 4 bag from here? | belt n braces
07/3/2019 12:47 | ...which was £780,000 ! Might Multibag ! | chinese investor
07/3/2019 12:43 | market cap using price of 6.5p per share = £ 1.169M Per Eight Peak website, Virtualstock latest investment at valuation of £ 70Million. The actual value of virtual stock would need to be as low as £ 16million, to justify the latest 8PG price (8PG having a 7% interest)? That is excluding any value for any of the other investments or value placed on whatever cash is left from last placing and any residual value for having a stock exchange listing. So possible cheap as chips and multiple gains from here when news comes to the fore? | belt n braces
07/3/2019 12:24 | There are 17,988,255 shares so Cap is approaching £1 million ! | chinese investor
06/3/2019 14:32 | Pru, How's the prudent sales going ? Professor Pru (8PG) 29 Dec 2018 - 18:06:30 And what most people here have forgotten is the appointment of Rene Schuster to Virtualstock. I am being prudent and cutting around half but Schuster has an excellent previous track record. On balance I would say 8pg is undervalued but prudence must reign with such a large amount of money on the table. | chinese investor
