Rackem - stay well clear as you were a bit of a 'Jonah' last time you were on board here! LOL!

In regards to a positive spin on things, the taxable losses I have made here over the past tax year are presently being mopped up by the nice profits I am making this year on the rest of my portfolio.

I still hold a bit of a core holding here, just to see how this all pans out (especially as I attended last year's AGM). I am still interested. If you take the NAV per the accounts (which Zaf stated were calculated by using 'conservative' valuations on investments) then the company is way undervalued. However, the latest RNS regarding Virtualstocks suggest the valuation per the accounts was not 'conservative'. So until we get some further update on Virtualstock (and how Rene is getting on), I cannot see much upside to the present share price. I think there is also a further problem in that the 8PG investments are all at a small enough level that Zaf does not have any real control on what these companies do?

Note: some of the other companies I have recently been invested in (just for the record - topped sliced them all over last two days):

motif bio
avacta
secure trust bank

So there is more to life than 8PG.
