I find the 13 CCJ's absolutely inexcuseable.

The level of incompetance and self greed is totally inforgiveable.

It's as if this pair believe that they can steal anything and everything that they take a fancy to.

Easy to see why William Harris gave Timmins two fingers - What a extreme wonker.

13 County Court Judgements suggests that this pair are as bent as they come.

I wonder how much of shareholders money is now actually spent on legal fees defending their dishonesty.

It's unbelieveable to think that the FSA, the LSE and / or the UK Judicial System allows directors of this pathetic standard to hold any office whatsoever.

This pair need bringing down -

Remember that the pension contributions are also additional to the salaries which when judged on merit, are both tantamount to theft.

Can anyone here suggest the names of any two persons who are guilty of persistent and deliberate breaches of corporate duty, and who should be rightly punished for their crimes.

"Corporate directors have a special fiduciary duty to their shareholders. They are accountable not only for the safekeeping of assets but also for their efficient and effective use. Directors may not profit personally at the expense of, or contrary to, the corporation's shareholders. In other words, corporate directors must place the interests of shareholders above their own interests."
