according to mine that came last week. They have not kept up with the payments
of the CVA and I had to vote for the co to go into CVL or the supervisor would apply for a winding up order. They had proposed to pay creditors a dividend of
45p over 5 years, they currently have enough to pay 1.6p. NO mention of shareholders getting tiddly squat.

legal aid you post on here a lot and i just have a simple question how much did you have invested in eic.... secondly apart from what you write on here what other actions are in progress against timmins and fowler...

I warn you now - that you should be contacting the nominee account holders and thereafter advising all EIC shareholders of what you are doing with their funds.

Step out of line now - and you can expect to be back in court facing a personal writ that will finally see you where you belong.

And I certainly will keep posting until you're in prison.

I can't believe that MM's have marked this up 50% on less then £450 of buys. Sell 10,ooo and watch it drop 60%.
Anybody buying into EIC for a quick day trade (or even long term), would be best adviced to carry out research into this company, read recent RNS and read this and other EIC Threads!!!

Legal - dangerous ground! Though we know from expensive experience that these clowns are incompetent and see EIC funds as nothing more than their personal piggy bank, AGM is the place to vent our anger and frustration. Your leaving yourself open!!!

Timmins would never actually take you to court to contest the case, because then all the EIC accounts would have to be laid bare. Go ahead and call him whatever you like, but no litigation will ever occur, as the truth is too dangerous.

A long time since EIC has been top of the Leaderboard. Sadly it's on Losers.

TCF is deliberately vague. Yes, it is mainly intended to stop retail networks and providers ripping off consumers, but the FSA also regulates stockmarket transactions, investigates insider dealing, share manipulation and fraud.

It's like jailing Al Capone for tax evasion - it may not be precisely what he should have been jailed for, but at least he's there, sitting in clink! As a listed company, Eicom are (as I understand it) obliged to treat their investors fairly in the same way that an insurance company has to treat an investor buying an investment bond from them - fairly. This is part and parcel of being a PLC - you are supplying an investment to the public via the medium of the LSE. If you bought EIC via a stockbroker (lol!) on an advisory basis, he would be responsible for his (abysmal) advice, but EIC (and technically the LSE too) are obliged to treat customers fairly. Hence, TCF.....

Legal Aid - your blathering is as daft as the man who came into my office and started lecturing me in the role of the 'IFA' as the UK regulator when in fact he meant the 'FSA'. If you will use abbreviations, do make sure you know what they mean!

EIC track record speaks for itself

EIC - ONE OF THE WORST SHARES IN LIVING HISTORY - AVOID

For the unwary thinking that EIC might be worth an investment !!!
