Once word gets out you'll see the volume jump. You simply can't ignore this 67p opportunity.

They're selling 1m a day at 67p, and succeeding - see Friday's late-reported 1m, and Thursday's, etc.

The "..Orderly and considered.." likely prevents a dump, and us getting better buy-in prices.

So I had a look at the Stadium accounts. Couldn't make heads or tails of them. Are they a forced seller? There doesn't seem anything of major concern with EPIC though.

Yes director buys would help however I am happy to continue nibbling away. The 18 million may take some time to clear...

Which makes my point in #443 even more valid - the co knew the sales were on, so were deliberately talking it up. Let's see some director buys to absorb some of it, chaps.

Pity for us it's orderly - feels like Stadium(s) won't sell below 67p.

That's a fair amount to dumpy still, doesn't exactly bode well for any kind of price appreciation soon. Suppose we'll just have to huddle up to our not insubstantial yield for succour for the time being...

They appear to have dumped 1m shares a day at 67p this week, looking at the late-reported trades. No reason to assume they won't do the same for another week plus, until stake disposed of.

Question is, will we get a buy op below 67p.

I don't understand why Stadium is treating itself as two entities, when they are clearly just one when it comes to disclosure rules. And there are no explanation notes at the bottom of either rns. Still, no doubt all will become clear.

From pg62 of the last annual report:

Since the issue of the shares to Stadium Group in relation to the portfolio acquisition in December 2017, an orderly conduct agreement has been in place over the holdings of Stadium entities detailed above. Although the agreement that the vendor would not dispose of these shares expired on 8 December 2018, Stadium Group is still bound by an agreement to only dispose of their shares in an orderly and considered manner and after providing three business days’ notice to the Company. It is on this basis that Stadium has operated.

Two RNS just released may give a clue who the sellers are

Stadium Parkgate (Holdings) Limited down to 4.88 from 6.18% and

Stadium Retail (Holdings) Limited down to 3.86 from 5.96%

both are entities that sold much of the portfolio to EPIC a few years back.

Question is are they selling out now?
