Morning

A question for existing ii users. That is, NOT users that were transferred from EQI!

Did any existing users of ii receive the dividend payment yesterday or today? I've got shares that transferred over from EQI but the dividend hasn't yet been received, which is unusual for ii(and EQI for that matter) in my experience and I'd like to work out whether it is the transfer that has caused it, or they are just late in posting it for everyone.

Would be grateful if anyone that has held EPIC in ii for some time could relate whether they have received the dividend or not.

Thanks in advance

Come on, man, pull yourself together. Lock the drinks cabinet until after the market has closed - not mid-afternoon. That's tea-drinking time.

Sorry, it will be published next month...

The Company will publish its net asset value as at 30 June 2021 next month and expects to provide a full trading update at that time.

Much of the article is about the distinction between open ended funds and investment trusts but it highlights Edison and AEW as offering superior income.

BMO Commercial Property is highly rated by Interactive Investor. Its largest holding is St Christopher's Place near Oxford Street in London, which houses offices, apartments, luxury shops and restaurants. Brierley rates Ediston Property, which owns St Philips Point, an office block in Birmingham, and Standard Life Investments Property Income, which has Birmingham offices as its biggest holding.Article in the times today tipped Ediston as one of the best yields available.

nickrl...agreed. They will need to be careful. The investment market for industrial, retail parks and warehousing is red hot. They could of course give it back to us in one form or another.

Flyer the mood music on retail parks has certainly picked up over this year so im sure we will see NAV's upticking slowly at first then a pick up later in the year. EPIC need to deploy the Prestatyn funds!

BMO Commercial Property Trust Limited (LSE: BCPT) is pleased to announce the disposal of a solus retail warehouse located in East Kilbride, Scotland.

The Company has sold the retail warehouse for a total consideration of £19million, reflecting an increase of 7.2% over the last external valuation of 31 March 2021. The property is let to B&Q Limited for one of its large format stores on a lease due to expire in November 2029.

Still expecting an NAV uplift in due course for EPIC.

Seemingly 2x 1m's yesterday, 67.3p - Stadium must be delighted with Midas.

Not had a Holdings RNS in ages but guessing a good few million to go still.

More than happy to hold in the meantime.

Seems that the seller wants out without much delay!

I got up late and thought I had missed the boat a little.
