The following list of question for the agm:

1) Why do the directors feel they can justify their salaries when the shareholder value continues to be decimated by them.
What have they actually produced to justify their worth considering that there has been no share price increase, no revenue or profits/ dividends to date - how then can they say they deserve a pay increase when there has been no fruits to show for it. ( I for one would be the first to say they deserve a salary increase if the have produced profits/ dividends or increased shareholders value to justify it)

2) Why oh why the placing at such a ridiculous low ball price- 30% discount!!!

3) Why keep issuing share options to yourselves. Buy shares in the company if you believe in its future instead of gambling away other peoples hard earned money. If the directors had a large self interest they would not be so gung ho.

Funny how he say's they had to put out an RNS regarding the placing when they were in receipt of the documents and news, to keep in line with AIM rules, yet with regard to the coal production numbers it's all so vague. Lol... what a con, imo.

I might even tell you about how we have invested £200K in two EIS schemes a couple of years ago to defer £56k of tax.....but you wouldn't believe that either....would you?....lol.

In my case it's true.
My wife & I enjoy a wonderful lifestyle (I could enlarge on that, but I won't), and the tax man is happy to.
I have been honest about EDL (my largest loss ever on paper) when I need not have been.
If EDL do not come good I will have some losses to offset against profits (hopefully) in the future, probably BPC & UEN to name but two.
To be honest I could not care less whether you believe me or not.
It's only money!

I didn't invest £88.4k in one go papillon/escapetohome I've been averaging down
My first buy was 2m at 1.13p in Feb 17, and my last buy was 2m at 0.47p on the 24th April 18.
I've no intention of selling as I still believe it could come right if the power plant is ever built.
Fortunately I don't need the money, so I can afford to wait.
I made a small fortune on CAZA, SOU and more recently to a smaller extent UKOG to name just three.....you can't win them all.
The difference between EDL and CAZA, SOU & UKOG is EDL never gave me a chance to sell at a profit, as they kept falling, whereas the others soared which gave me the opportunity to trade them, and increase my holding.
Then it's all about selling at the right time, and not being too greedy, I've been lucky.

Id rather put £1000 in at 0.2p , than £88,000 at 0.7p.

Geoffmanana , be patient, timing is everything, wait for the right time in the cycle and above all surf that wave.
