You seem a bit confused over the difference between an actual new order of 4000 tonnes and the "potential" for new orders of 10k tonnes.. There is no issue to evade they either have an order for 10k tonnes or they dont and at the moment they dont..

Thats why a lot of people invest is because of the potential of the company and when the actual results fall short then the share price drops.. This company has the potentail to sell up to 173m tonnes of coal but at the moment they seem to be struggling to sell more than 4k tonnes of coal.. Decision time for a lot of investors.. The Clash 1982..

At a lot of companies failure to achieve even 50% of their own targets would mean people getting sacked and rightly so.

You need to read it again and previous rns’s
The company need to come out with an explanation why
They have missed there own targets.
And explain why a timely update was not given to the market
As a material change to their forecast occurred.

Its not that difficult, whats being implied and what is actually happening are two different things.. This is the RNS we were waiting for was the confirmation of the extra tonneage.... Most other investors i know seem to understand it..

I read on the kodal forum about how they gathered about 5% of the share holders and wrote to the company demanding an EGM...and within 2 days there was a significant RNS from the company with majority of the information which the share holders were waiting for...is there any scope of doing the same here...I am here with an average of 1.08...!!! dont think I will ever see this price now...?

Personally I think all shareholders need to ask Rufus why production is only at 4K tonnes per month.
See RNS dated January 31, 2018
In this previous RNS it was stated that production was, and I quote
“ 8k to 10k of material per month”
And once the pre-screen technology and the Lamella water treatment system are installed hourly production rates should more than double To 100tonnes per hour x 8 hour day x 6 days a week, minimum 19k tonnes per month.
Rufus has previously stated 10k per month, now he states 4K per month

Rufus Short is unscrupulous, imo. People have lost lots of money through his tenure. Those with the inside info have made loads through his cheap placings. Awful situation for shareholders.

The mm's get the news before pi's. Sometimes they drop it to far and we can pick up a bargain, but that's not the case here as the placing price is usually tops and could drop further.
