Where has all the millions they have raised over the years and particularly in the past two years gone?

Once this sham goes through it will be placing after placing after placing..... expecting 100% dilution by next year.

KIBO are premier league and EDL are Conference. I own shares in both and believe KIBO to be going places so are EDL but the place they are going is down the pan!!

I'm guessing they can just consolidate the shares, make them say 1p each then carry out placings 'til their crooked, incompetent hearts content...... all the way back to 0.02p. What a total shambles.

I also note the phrase ' the board believes' what a cop out. I believe that I could play rugby for England but my mates know that I am 46, unfit and would be battered to intensive care. What the board believes is irrelevant what we want is hard facts!!

RNS.... We need to consolidate as it is getting increasingly difficult to arrange placings for our salaries and the Christmas party needs organising!

This shambles of a company is going bust. Clueless management. No hope.

Authorities need to take a look here, and I don't mean the Tanzanian ones. You can't be allowed to make up a company and for 6 years never make a penny let alone a profit, but pay out millions in wages and options and destroy the share price and small pi's in the process. There must be laws against this, surely.

Yup....they'll milk a few more placings before going bust. Then come out with the usual BS.

Down 22%....mismanagement and poor communication...disgraceful and yet they still draw their salaries

Does KIBO RNS tells us more than Edenville want to let on?

"Policy changes currently being considered by the Tanzanian Government which are aimed at improving and simplifying the procurement process for Independent Power Producer ("IPP") projects like the MCPP, may cause a slight delay in completing the IBFS. These delays may be required to allow the Company to incorporate the latest IPP-policy (should any change occur) with regard to Power Purchase Agreements ("PPA") associated with IPP-projects. Productive interaction with the Tanzanian Ministry of Energy and Minerals and TANESCO is continuing, with all parties working diligently towards the development and conclusion of a mutually agreed commercial PPA"

It seems that the Tanzanian government may be making policy changes that may impact time wise on Power Purchase Agreements, the very thing Edenville are supposed to be agreeing.

Always good to read about stuff that may impact Edenville's ability to get this over the line in someone else's RNS!!

Come on Edenville, communicate with your shareholders, has the Tanzanian government / MEM /Tanesco paused on PPA discussions with Edenville to focus on government policy changes? Or do negotiations continue?

Down again on tiny volume, there is no interest here at all from investors. Wages need paying and next placing is due in 6 weeks.
