No nopolipo, they do not need stock. The MM's can get any amount of stock they need in any given share on fantasy AIM just by lowering the share price and sifting up all the sells, with no rhyme or reason for it. 10-20-30% down on nothing. They do as they please, as AIM is the Wild West of share dealing, where what little rulers there are, are interpreted as just guidelines

Have to agree that this company has an abysmal record at giving shareholder value,epitomised by some of the ludicrous placings.However they have got away with it for a good number of years so why shouldn't they continue in the same vein.

Looking at past history consolidation of the share issue will be first as they like to decimate shareholder value. Then a friends only below share price placing to really rub it into pi's noses. How this so called company has not been looked into by the authorities yet is the greatest mystery.

Nearly 5 months now since the last placing,must be running a bit short,going to be interesting as to how they choose to raise funds.

Still no interims. Well, it's the Edl way ... only publish news when absolutly forced too. Hopefully they will mention that the PR company has been sacked as they have done nothing of any merit in the years they have milked the company. Maybe out of embarrassment they might pay the money back. But sadly none of this will happen ... just another smoke and mirrors release will be made, with a jam tomorrow ending.

Looks like this dog is being primed for yet another below share price placing. Obviously pi's and the bod are at opposite ends of the spectrum when it comes to the definition of what shareholder value is.

JP......increase your short position, cos as far as you are concerned this is only going one way. But, in the meantime, thank you for pointing out to us that which we can all read.I trim results may/may not be interesting, depends what the company can get away with hiding from us.
