30/1/2019 14:37 | I believe you, Jacksonpollack and NOT whoppy. You're coming across as a realistic pragmatist and whoppy comes across as a deluded wishful thinker. A fantasist desperately clutching at straws. The only thing I can't understand, Jacksonpollack, is why you still hold shares in this fantasy company? Why didn't you sell out ages ago? | papillon
30/1/2019 14:25 | Still ... could be worse. No, strike that... It couldn't. Whoppy, I think my take on these clowns is closer to the mark than yours. | jacksonpollack
30/1/2019 12:24 | That's why the directors need to underwrite the offer and guarantee the funds. They could have more RNS's lined up about contracts and increases in production to improve the chances of the offer being successful. It would be very foolish not to have a way of demonstrating the companies ability to produce the goods when they are asking for funds. If they can't demonstrate this, then management will only have themselves to blame and not shareholders, imo. They have coal, they just need to dig it out in volume and sell it as per the supply contracts they've signed. They seem to have most of it stockpiled, so the question is, why are they not selling it to the customers? Probably hear about a fine coal contract being signed in next few days. | whoppy
30/1/2019 12:03 | This placing hasn't got a chance of success imo at 0.12p......who in their right mind is going to pay 0.12p when you can buy them in the Market for under 0.10p? Dead in the water!! | geoffmanana
30/1/2019 11:57 | The Bod should be underwriting the open offer, imo. | whoppy
30/1/2019 11:22 | An open placing suggests to me that the institutions did not have the stomach for it. | geoffmanana
30/1/2019 10:00 | To be fair, Rufus does have a few but I and many other pis have more than he has. They are planning to take a few in the new offer, but not enough to install much confidence imho. | scoots
30/1/2019 09:33 | I sold out last week for a big loss...….very disappointing!! Good luck to all remaining holders. Totally agree with scoots. Rufus and his cronies do not own a single share. One must ask why when they are paying themselves huge salaries? | geoffmanana
30/1/2019 08:42 | Looking for new opportunities often means a mess has been made from an existing project; the cash raised will probably be used for shovels to bury their previous incompetence. At 0.10p this is still not a bargain, because their new flagship project will probably require a lot more cash. | novicetrade68
30/1/2019 08:38 | scoots, I agree, Rufus/Dr.Jeffrey, have they ever bought any shares or is printing them all they do. | novicetrade68
30/1/2019 08:21 | Your chance Whoppy to apply for extra shares, fill your boots!! | escapetohome
30/1/2019 08:17 | Snippet from above...... I and my fellow directors believe the current share price and market capitalisation of the company does not reflect this. So why, oh why are they not buying fistfulls of shares at this lowly level? | scoots
29/1/2019 23:03 | I'm not sure. They have had the nod from a new Nomad, meaning they have been taken on for a reason, otherwise the listing would have been cancelled. A site visit has been done and I get the feeling this will rise like a Phoenix. There is news coming commensurate with the site visit confirming the improved operations. | whoppy
29/1/2019 15:32 | Must be due an update on the plant improvements. The pre-screening hopper and lamella plant must be working and output increased. | whoppy
29/1/2019 11:10 | The loan shark is still here, so plenty of panic left. Easier to sort out Brexit than making money with EDL. | novicetrade68
29/1/2019 08:10 | Panic over, for now. | scoots
23/1/2019 16:26 | Apologies, old news. | canny lass

22/1/2019 14:43 | Yes Glasswala, but if the company delists the loan shark buddies and the bod will carve up any money the company makes in its new guise and leave us poor pis with little or nowt. | scoots |
