04/4/2018 12:37 | That was just to get the price up so they can go get money for a placing. | datait
04/4/2018 12:32 | The last project update RNS (over a month ago) stated that a customer is taking up a sample order which if it meets with their needs will result in a order of 10,000 tonnes per month for a period of 6 months. Whether this has transpired or not will either be shortly RNS or left for the annual report due at the end of May 2018 Interesting times ahead.... GL to all | glasswala
04/4/2018 10:48 | You are such a cheerful chap! (Not!) | vatnabrekk

30/3/2018 09:05 | Happy Easter to you also telbap. Our winter sojourn here in Tenerife is coming to a close...back home to Norfolk on Sunday to a mountain of post etc. Our year end accounts should be very interesting indeed, and will shed a good deal of light on how EDL are doing.....1p+ here we come imo. | geoffmanana
29/3/2018 14:44 | Closer and closer to the year end accounts. Happy Easter all (includes you JP) | telbap
28/3/2018 16:26 | Someuwin: How can these buys be going through if there is not much stock, lol? | jacksonpollack
28/3/2018 09:18 | A few chunky buys gone through. Looks like 10 million shares (5m, 3m + 2m) | someuwin
27/3/2018 10:43 | Glasswala - I tried to buy £4k worth, no online quote available. Max I could buy (without bidding a higher price) was about £1.5k worth. Thus I concluded there was not much stock available, and the price would move higher (which it has). Simple supply and demand. | someuwin
27/3/2018 10:36 | Trucks collecting coal from EDL's Rukwa project site last month. | someuwin
27/3/2018 10:35 | It is nonsense when someone posts not much stock available. How do you know?? There is over a billion shares in circulations. I cannot believe that there is no stock in the market. Yes if you are looking for below market rates than forget it! You have ti be willing to pay the going rate and if you are not than offcourse you are not going to get it. Simple economics!! | glasswala
27/3/2018 10:17 | Not much stock available. Will move up soon imo. | someuwin
23/3/2018 12:16 | Great post Glasswala. | geoffmanana
23/3/2018 11:59 | Glass.. Just think of Jack as Dougal its easier that way.. | therealtonythetiger
23/3/2018 11:49 | JP No one in their right mind is going to give away contract terms to the market - That would be commercial suicide! Yes an overall contract amount is normally quoted but not the details and we have been given a rough amount by Rufus that they are going to get in the region of $20 profit from each tonne of coal sold (I.e it is being sold commercially as per the last few RNS's). Tell me where in the Tesco's Accounts or RNS's do they divulge how much they pay for bananas, tins of Heinz baked beans, milk etc... Its not gonna happen!!! These are still early days in the mining projects and a first contract of 2000 tonnes ( $40,000 profit per month approx €500,000 per annum) is nothing to shy at - especially for a company making losses in the past | glasswala
23/3/2018 11:09 | Yep absolutely news for pi's makes all the difference regularly keep them in the know. | datait
23/3/2018 11:07 | Correct, they don't have to tell us anything until results in May, but they could ...that's the point. What would be wrong for the bod to say, finally after 9 years we are actually making a profit, and are making shareholder value? A simple bit of honesty might stem the eroding of the share price If other rival companies or prospective coal buyers want to know who EDL are supplying and for how much, do you really think they can't find that info out. It's only pi's being kept in the dark. | jacksonpollack
23/3/2018 09:36 | vatnabrekk. I'm sure Tesco know exactly how many tins of beans they sell and how many contracts they have, and if you emailed them they could tell you ... along with the thousands of other products they sell. EDL have one, yes, ONE! product and refuse to give out any figures regarding income or contracts. Very poor. | jacksonpollack
23/3/2018 09:33 | Sell enough to pay wages and all that coal lol move with the time ffs | datait |
