01/7/2016 19:32 | A guy wandering around Greece, living in a thunderbolt struck hovel, and looking like John the Baptist, would not be your defendant of choice | gemstar2
01/7/2016 18:55 | But he's sheeting himself when it comes to Shore cap.. How can they not be wilfully blind after 140 plus days if Frothy's correct. What's he afraid of... Come on Frothy tell us why your not calling SC Wilfully Blind... A man confident of his story would have no hesitation...but Frothy keeps well clear of the swing. Frothy knows he has a weak case and Shore cap will bury him if they even get a wiff of him bad mouthing them..so Frothy keeps clear of the swing. Poor Frothy..so angry yet so well behaved.. | supersonico
01/7/2016 18:12 | There is persistent selling as soon as the price improves. Is there anyway of knowing if this is a large holder or just a general disillusionment with the company. The former would be preferable so that once he has unwound the price would have a chance to recover. | concrete102

Oh Dear Frothy's second oh dear that didn't go to plan...Livingbridge DD completely sinks Frothy's TT boat. Oh Dear.. Frothy's 3rd Oh dear that didn't go to plan....He wants so badly to tell us that SHORE CAP acted with Wilfull Blindness...but he lacks the testicular capacity.. Oh Dear Frothy....man up will you queenie.. | supersonico
01/7/2016 15:04 | Still no sign of the TT valuation on Companies House website. Understand however that this is mot the fault of the company and they are making attempts to rectify. My gut tells me it will have been authored by Hacker Young. Lets hope so, should be interesting reading.Q12 | quazie12
01/7/2016 11:00 | it is slow, no denying that, but then market cap is low, they are well funded and there does seem to be a number of irons in the fire. | the prophet

30/6/2016 09:28 | latest shore cap comment: EDEN RESEARCH+ (EDEN, House stock at 8p) AGM statement. Eden Research (‘Eden’) is holding its AGM today and has issued a statement this morning which will be read out by Chairman, Tom Lupton at the meeting. The statement in the main covers the progress the business has made in the past year as Eden has effectively moved out of the pure development phase into commerciality with product being made and sold through a number of partners in target markets. We see the move into commerciality as a significant step in the development of Eden and its risk profile to investors. To get to the point of receiving commercial orders for its product 3AEY, Eden had to gain initial EU approval by Malta followed by further approvals by Italy, Bulgaria, Kenya, Greece and Spain. 3AEY is now being made directly for the company’s partners in Kenya and Greece, with sales to be made this year in Italy and Spain where the company’s partner is manufacturing the product itself. French approval is expected during 2016. Eden has a number of products in development based on the three active substances for which it has EU approval. In crop protection, Eden is working with a number of well-established partners to sell its products (Sumi Agro France, Sipcam Italia and Iberia and Efthymiadis) with trials on-going with partners for other areas of the world (USA, South America, Australia, Central Europe and North Africa). Furthermore, Eden continues to develop and commercialise, with partners, a range of products using its patented GO-E encapsulation system with terpene technology in agrochemicals and other markets such as human health (TerpeneTech for biocide and head-lice applications) and animal health (Bayer Animal Health for animal health products). Some of these opportunities are well advanced, such as Eden’s nematicide product, where formulation work, field trials and testing are complete and arrangements are being concluded with its prospective partners to commercialise this product. Other opportunities are related to earlier stage products where the potential is significant, but the risk of commercial success is higher due to the earlier stage of product development. +Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited acts as broker and Shore Capital & Corporate Limited acts as NOMAD to Eden Research. In line with its conflicts of interest policy, Shore Capital does not make formal recommendations on house stocks. Phil Carroll – 0151 600 3711 | the prophet
28/6/2016 15:16 | Oh is that a Shore Cap reiteration I just saw ? or did they just resign? No it's a reiteration. | supersonico
28/6/2016 13:31 | Nothing gets in the way of a Frothy Vendetta.. always keeping clear of the swing.. How exactly did Shore cap hide the TT deal from LivingBridge. Good to see Frothy play ground Investment advice mixing it with drug and prostitution labels...an interesting selling point but says more about the character of labeller than the labelled.. At least they are not delusional..they'll be relieved about that... | supersonico
28/6/2016 10:24 | LR2..No it's sadly more serious than that for Frothy.. but nothing gets in the way of a Frothy vendetta. He has to ensure SK keeps clear of the swing so there's no posting without Frothy approval.. how many days?? | supersonico
28/6/2016 09:47 | They both took last week off SS. Presumably holidays take precedence over vendettas. :) | lr2 |
