It stresses me I have no funds to be adding now!

Time and timing has and remains a real issue with Eden.

Regulators work at - I was going to say their own pace, but I don't know they even do that - they certainly do not follow their own guidelines.
Anyhow, Eden will get the approvals - and the fund raise (which I initially thought was ill judged) enables all of us and the Company to be confident it has enough dosh to get through to cash positive trading plus accelerate other aspects of the business.


If you are reading the detailed Cenkos note, bear in mind the sales numbers are what I call rubbish. As you know Eden has entered into contracts with the likes of Corteva, Sipcam and Eastman. The figures quoted by Cenkos are the minimum sales values the distributors are contractually obliged to take - you can then use your common sense and make a judgement call on Eden's possible sales with reference to Cenkos' market size and your own thoughts as to Eden's probable market share.

Remember, despite moving away from an overhead light Royalty sales model, Eden remains, and is likely to remain, relatively light on overhead cost base which when combined with an increasingly high GP% provides Eden with substantial profit leverage with little additional sales - in other words, Eden does not require much more than £6m sales to be break even.
Now, cogitate on what sales Eden could should expect in two and four years from now.

An exceptional investment opportunity.

I too have been adding a few here and there, so you are not alone.

I believe some form of emergency approval for Ecolvelux will come through and that should be a very positive step for Eden. Corteva have been pushing the product hard in their comms and promotions, so they too must be very confident.

Mevalone in California is now long overdue and surely must also be coming soon. Eden will certainly be pushing for it and working with the regulators before growing season in 2024 and in new year we should get an update on the Insecticide.

At least 3 big key steps for Eden in the not too distant future.

I like what I read in Cenkos' mega report. 30 pages in. I think we've got the momentum and that soon the perception of momentum with fund managers and those in the industry (s) we're in will accord with the reality. It stresses me doing what I'm doing adding right now but let's see.

KittyBiscuits, Well done for locating that report and I also see the July 2023 report is 26 pages long.

It is also worth noting that while the regulators take a considerable amount of time to complete their work, Eden meanwhile are moving ahead with further new possibilities and developing new products - while these new products do make use of the three actives and encapsulation system, they are NEW - the Eden pipeline is growing and is being progressed.
