I have a US seed related vertical farming company in mind that EDEN might be working with but I don't consider them a Whale.

The three whales I refer to could well be working on seeds and / or SustainE /insecticide but my point is that imo Eden is working very closely with two of them and has done so now for over a year but not declared that relationship by the company names which looks to me more accurately described as partnerships than one between 'interested parties'.

Bayer is one of them which I have mentioned many times before the other two will be disclosed in a 7722 update.

Eden is working extremely closely with at least three unannounced whales. They call them 'interested parties', but this is a strategically misleading characterisation imo and the relationship would be better described as partners as they are sharing recourses and steering objectives and outcomes.

OfCourse an announcement stating these relationships would impact the share price positively and as such mean the next investment for a strategic partner would cost more per share. This is not Eden's first rodeo.

Since Eden's growth strategy relies on the heavy lifting of whales and slippery regulators are in the pocket of these whales Eden has no choice but to play along doffing it's cap respectfully as it goes.

The strategy opens many doors into big markets so it will all be rosy in the end. I expect to hear of strategic investments in the next funding round as well as the more explicit disclosure of current partners which are likely one and the same.
